We are so pleased we picked this hotel for our stay. Not knowing what to expect being this was our 1st trip to Iloilo, but it didnt take long to realize this hotel was a great choice! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, there is not one negative thing I can say about the Iloilo Richmonde Hotel. The doorman, concierge, front desk, house-keeping, restaurant staff, you name it, they all where so polite, professional and helpful in anyway they could be. The rooms are very large and clean, and in the morning the house-cleaning staff do not take half of the day to makeup the room, ours was always made up by noon. The breakfast buffet was outstanding on all 3 mornings we ate there. Each day they presented a bit of a different variety of dishes, and all where so good. Eggs to order, brewed coffee & hot chocolate, breads, and freshly cooked mains. The restaurant staff was very attentive and service was outstanding. One small problem we had with hot water in our room was addressed immediately, and the problem was corrected. Thank you so much to all of the folks at the Richmonde Iloilo, we look forward to our next trip to this beautiful city with such friendly people.

So far, the best hotel”
Checking in was so fast. I booked for two nights and i love the room for its minimalist taste. Cleanliness was just superb and the bed is quite comfortable to sleep in. Staffs are always courteus and very warm although there’s this one instance that i keep on calling for a pitcher of water and it take sometimes for them to deliver it. Channels on tv is limited but thats not a big deal for me since im here to savor the place not to watch. Bathroom is spacious and modern. What i also love about this hotel is, it’s just a few meters away to Festive Mall and a number of good places to chill and eat as well as beside the Iloilo Convention Center. The buffet breakfast has an array of dishes, good but not so super delicious. The infinity pool has a nice view of the megaworld area. Downside? I expect the bar at the pool area is nice but its close, so we have to order food at their resto (Granary) which is quite expensive especially the beer. Overall, i will go back here for the location and the swimming pool and everything.

Family Hotel!”
Stayed with my family - they are first time in the Philippines and Richmonde did an amazing job to welcome them with a surprise in our room! My baby loved all the balloons and the cake and wine were such a great treat after a very long flight! The room is super clean, the staff were super friendly and the location is perfect- malls and restaurants next to it! I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again for sure!

Location is great. This is walking distance from Festive Mall. Great view also. pool area is great for pictorial very aesthetic. Room and beddings are clean. Rooms are wide even for a standard one. The only thing lacking that time is that the room items are not complete for entire occupants. I booked for two but there is only one soap and toothbrush kit. But, this could easily reached out to the front desk and they answered quickly. aside from that, my stay was really great. very nice beddings I really slept well.. Thank you. I will come back.

Better than Zuri”
In zuri, I found an eaten pandesal and used wipes. In Richmond, I found none, it was clean and the room is bigger. They are understaffed but they go the extra mile to serve us. Teh receptionist was same person who served as our bellboy and was very corteous and helpful. Bravo! Much better than zuri in all aspects

My mom has dementia and forgot her ampao (red envelop with a considerable amount of money) in the hotel without us knowing it. Parking is a pain. There's only few parking for this huge hotel. Most of the parking at the back are reserved for call center agents who work nearby. We were asked to move our car because there are no signage to indicate that those spots are reserved and nobody were there to assist where to park

Booked an overnight stay. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Clean and spacious room and hoping they could extend the swimming until 10pm. Buffet breakfast was included on our booking. Food is great as well. Will definitely book again.
