Richmond Hotel Ortigas, It excels in our expectations, first and foremost, the excellent service. I truly admired the boy who cleaned our room 1810 and 1811 during our stay Jan 17 to 24. He is full of energy, bubly and he can cleaned and work fast. That little tiny boy deserved an Award. The Restaurant staff, are very warm and smiley, thank you. Last but not least the Guards, they were 2 in Swifts, absolutely kind and helpful. Funny and very welcoming. Me, my husband, my son and in-law we absolutely enjoyed our stay and wants to stay for more. Whats to be improved? Room Service time waiting....we always waiting quite long time, we'll I guess they need more staffing. Thank you so Much Richmond Hotel Ortigas for making our stay wonderful ❤️ See you soon! The Heated Pool is still THE BEST!”
The heated pool was the reason why we booked this place. WIFI was fast and it can accommodate us all 3. The rooms were clean and the hallway leading to the rooms was elegant and well-lit. Staff were all accommodating. Grab delivery (main entrance pick-up) was allowed. Rooms were clean although the smell was not that good like with other hotels. It smelled like it was just disinfected with a bleach. No perfume sprayed after disinfecting, which would have been nice. The hotel was old and there were trash at the basement 2 elevator. It looked messy. I hope the rooms have an option to have a bright light in the middle. It was kind of hard to eat in a room that's not so well-lit.

Better option for hotel staycation”
This is one of the better option for a hotel staycation within ortigas area. Price is within affordable range, and the value you get out of your stay is optimal. Rooms have sufficent spce and well maintained. Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful. Facilities (ie gym, sauna, heated pool) are plus factors for a relaxing stay. Location is great - near to Shangrila and SM Megamall, and lots of convenience stores and ATM nearby.

Location was very convenient for me as it is very near to malls and best of all, just walking distance from various convenience stores. Room was nice and tidy but it’s absolutely evident that the property is old. Staff were nice and they gave me ample time to have my breakfast even when I arrived past 10am already.

Love this hotel. Great old world mafioso vibes with a legit smoking lounge. The buffet breakfast is awesome and the gym and pool are pretty great too. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Oldie but a goodie”
This is my second time staying in Richmonde Hotel and it was pleasant as always. It is in need of updates to its facilities though. The lighting, airconditioning and other facilities are very dated, but it was still very comfortable. The AC is a bit weak but the bed was really soft and comfy. You may opt to just use your laptop or phone to watch movies as the TV channels are limited. Breakfast buffet is okay, I am a sucker for an egg station. For the price and location, I think it's still a good place to stay.

The room looks exactly like what’s in the picture, it is classic and clean. It feels like you are on a 4 or 5 star hotel. Downside it’s a bit difficult to control shower temperature its either too hot or too cold. Minor: No guide for using keycard in elevator, Rc batteries for TV needs replacing.

Old but good”
I booked here because this is the nearest hotel from Shangrila where our year end party was held. The hotel is really old but it's maintained well. The room is ok. Nothing really special. Breakfast buffet is nice too. Staff are really nice. There are only 3 small elevators and sometimes it gets queued. But all in all, we liked our stay. Thank you Richmonde hotel!

You know Richmonde may be an old hotel but the people are just great. Our room was clean, A/C was cold. I even had warm, relaxing baths in the tub. The staff is trained to be courteous and always smiling. My family just loves them all. Shout-out to Angel at the reception. She's very nice and accomodating. 😀 So good job to Richmonde's management. My family will surely book again a room at Richmonde. Happy holidays, guys!

Its the best place to be. Good staff..its just amazing how the staff could be nice from the guard to the front desk and crew. Place is clean and spacious. Good wifi...every electronic is working and you have a good selection of food that are reasonably priced. No need to long for food outside. My husband survived the quarantine because the place provided the best it could.

Amazing Staycation Experience”
We stay last June 26 to 27 in Richmonde Hotel Ortigas to celebrate my husband's birthday. Together with us our 2yrs old son. Reception, housekeeping and buffet diner staff are very accomodating. Staying in Richmonde with a toddler is no hassel. We can request to re-heat baby food and milk as late as 10pm. Still, very kind to assist us.
