Not what I reserved. Want my money back”
Reserved 3 rooms and only 2 rooms available when we arrived. Had to call relatives for the rest of my family a place to stay. No hot water, no toilet seats. No faucet handle, no soap, towels, or toilet paper. Pillow cases torn. When I request to cancel, I was told I will forfeit 50% of what I paid so we were forced to stay in the 2 rooms for the price of 3 rooms. It wasn't a pleasant stay though the front desk lady was apologetic for their error, it was still a bad experience.

I did not stay in this hotel because its too far away from the tourist spot but the daughter of the owner gave me a refund.. not full refund but thats ok.. since agoda usually didnt give a refund.. still i convinced her.. she was nice..

very helpfull staff, good breakfast but the bedroom is a nightmare. no toilet Equipment, no water in the basin, only in the shower (very old Equipment) thin mattress and cushions with bad smelling

mountain retriat”
Location is brilliant sitting between Banaue, Sagada and Maligcong. Receptionist Brooke was brilliant with her assistance and was most helpful. She made the extra effort to ensure transport arrangements were satisfactory and was a lovely ray of sunshine. The restaurant was average and the Adobo was quite ordinary with the pork very chewy. Otherwise I was satisfied with Ridgebrooke. No aircon but at 2800 feet elevation the climate is cool and there is no need for it. The rooms are basic but adequate. I found the bed comfortable. Would stay there again.

the bathroom was so bad ”
When I arrived after that long trip, we requested if we can use the bathroom before checking in. We ended up leaving because of the smell and dead cockroach on the floor. Our reservation was non-refundable so we ended up paying for a new place somewhere else.

Comfortable in a mountain town”
It was a pleasant stay at a basic hotel. There are not a lot of luxuries as you would expect but it is just up the street from a nice restaurant. Ridgebrooke Hotel was clean and comfortable enough for me to come back again. I asked to be in the room near the internet router which was a good move if you want to use the internet from your room. Be careful if you are going to Sagada by jeepney as the last jeepney coming back leaves at about 1 pm. I visited Bontoc during the fiesta period (April) and saw the crowning of Miss Mountain province which was an enjoyable experience. There is a museum in the town proper up the hill to the left and a good scenic view of the town and farmlands about a 10 minute walk towards Banaue.

Best hotel in Bontoc but not luxury!”
Bontoc has limited hotel choices and this is probably the best one despite being very basic. Grate location in the middle of the village with rice fields around it. Food is good.

A good hub if Sagada/Banaue are fully booked”
Ridgebrook Hotel is situated a 15 minute's walk from the Jeepney station at Bontoc town hall - cross the bridge, after 5 minutes, left side. Rooms have private baths, WiFi available, restaurant is near the reception (better ask which meals are available). Sagada is a 45 min. drive away (Jeepneys start around 7 a. m. near townhall, last return very early: 12:30p.m.), to Banaue it's a 90 min. drive (starting also 7 a. m., very (!) last return on public transport: bus at 14:00p. m.), so you can consider doing daytrips from Bontoc if Sagada or Banaue are fully booked ( Christmas, Chinese New Year, some weekends even)

Hôtel simple, propre, de bon rapport qualité/prix”
Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre-ville, simple (mais de très bon standing dans la région !), propre, d'excellent rapport qualité/prix (20 euros, sans les petits déjeuners, pour une chambre spacieuse, quoique de décoration très simple (voire austère), disposant de WC et salle de bains privatifs avec eau chaude, d'un ventilateur et de la télévision). Personnel sympathique et attentif. On regrettera l'absence de miroir dans la salle de bains (sic), mais il y en a un dans la chambre, et les cris nocturnes de chiens et de coqs qui peuvent rendre le sommeil difficile en l'absence de bouchons auditifs...

BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX”
Cet hôtel est bien placé. Les chambres sont propres mais très basiques. L'accueil est sympathique le personnel souriant. La connexion internet est très lente voir inexistante. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris mais est correct.
