Great spot right on the beach ”
Excellent little spot for the price. Tiki bar is decent value and set up well. Food is pretty basic but tasty. Live musicians were good and volume level was perfect. Will be back for sure.

Excellent location, nice bar on site with friendly staff. Don't expect top notch accommodations if you stay here. The room needed serious updating, furniture was old and stained, windows were foggy, bed was very springy, bathroom is very basic and any modernizations do not appear to have been professionally completed. The view and location made it worth the stay since the price wasn't outrageous.

I would absolutely stay here again, the staff was very friendly and very hard working. Heather the bartender was super sweet and helpful along with everyone else there. What more can you ask for then to open your room door and see palm trees, sun, beach and the ocean. The boardwalk is right there and in walking distance to everything. Best part there was always live music. Makes it a perfect place to stay. Only 2 Downfalls, my husband was not with me to enjoy it, and the seaweed washed up on the shore and ocean. I guess 2 reasons to go back. Only recommendation... need some new beds.

Great location and friendly staff but the proximity of the Tiki bar with it's all day live music does not make for a relaxing holiday when traveling with young children. There are rooms away from the bar but for some reason we were allocated rooms right next to the outside bar and live music even though we were a group with young children. Maybe contact the hotel before travel and request a suitable room location. Also other guests outside rooms drinking and chatting until early hours was annoying.

Old Florida charm without the moldy room”
Hard to believe that Hollywood Beach exists surrounded by overbuilt highrise beaches like Fort Lauderdale. Charming Tiki bar overlooks the beachside broadwalk. Small, friendly bars and restaurants abound. Easy access from airport.

First impression did not match!”
The first impression was that we have come to a place that has seen their best days. Of course, you look at the rooms and the building is right. BUT the friendly staff, the location and the atmosphere that were at the hotel at the bar were so lovely and everyone was accommodating. We will be happy to return to this charming hotel. Bon emplacement, personnel courtois mais mauvais entretien. Toilette bouchée en permanence, même après "réparation", climatisation qui sent mauvais, fenêtres me s'ouvrent pas, gros doute sur la propriété de la literie et des lieux, taches fréquentes (draps, rideaux, murs,...), couette décousue dans 1 coin, 1 1/2 étoile ou 2 étoiles au max. Très déçue pour le prix. Aurait besoin d'un bon refresh et d'entretien. Je ne le recommande pas.
