Rooms are like apartments, nicy equipped. Location is close to many good restaurants. The Italian restaurant on site is very good. Breakfast included was very tasty and had a large assortment of delicious food. The staff is very friendly. Atm on site which is also useful.

Very, very bad experience”
In this hotel Staff is always a weak point. I have been staying in this hotel few times and I didn't like their customer service. This time it was even worst, even General Manager cannot meet 5 stars Hotel expectation. The way how they treat their customers it is undetectable. First it has started from diner at the restaurant, I have order minestrone soup, when they brought to me my order I was surprised, it was greenish soup with some green leafs, it didn't look anywhere near to minestrone soup that I know, some more it tasted like grass. I refused to eat it and I sent it back. Next morning it was even worst service and more upsetting. When I was doing check in, I have been informed about breakfast that it is till 10am. I cannot type my morning story, because it is not enough space, but I can tell you only one thing CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY, VERY BAD AND STAFF IS NOT TRAIN WELL ENOUGH TO WORK THERE.

I love the rooftop bar that offers great view of Atyrau and even the refineries from a distance. The only downside was a miscommunication where the hotel driver did not show the placard hence we had to take a taxi myself. Other than that, this is a highly recommended hotel for all business travellers with constant high speed internet available at all times. The italian pizza joint has really delicious pizzas!

Бронировали один номер на Agoda - апартаменты с видом на реку, одни из наиболее дорогих номеров. По факту при заселении оказалось, что таких номеров нет. Сначала предложили нам, семье из трех человек, заселиться в два разных стандартных номера. Когда я возмутилась, предложили аппартаменты с видом на задний двор, стену и крыши. Пришлось отказаться от номера и в срочном порядке искать другой отель. Отель со своей стороны максимум что мог сделать - вернул деньги, но деньги пока не вернулись на карту. Ждать возврата 30 дней. В общем одно разочарование.
