It was in a great location and it was a beautiful place.

Floors could use some extra cleaning

No water in the pool. We always rent a place with a pool for our kids while we relax. No hot tub/jacuzzi. Not at all what I was expecting from the website. Website pictures and article very misleading. Not worth the money for sure. No staff on site all weekend.

Location was great. River view was nice.

AC in Master did not work well. Had to open window and use box fan. Water pressure in master bath was not great.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay in this condo. It was so well decorated and clean. It made us feel at home and it meet my expectations. I really recommend it.

Location was great. Condo big and roomy.

Someone in the office to talk to. Had problems that needed to be told. And no one was ever in the office.

Was very cute, really liked the decor and kitchen. Staff manager was very sweet. Overall we had a very nice trip and stay. I discussed my issues with manager right before checking out.

The maid service didn't clean properly before we checked in, needed more towels, trash cans, and mattress needs to be replaced and upgraded because felt like two box springs instead.

For the same price as a basic single hotel room in the same area, we got 2 bedrooms, a living room with a pull out sofa, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, fireplace, with so much parking space and QUIET! We already decided to rebook later in the year and again in February. This will be the only place we stay when we visit Pigeon Forge, which is often. It was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean! And the best part is the staff was amazing. Everyone in our party who had any interaction with the staff remarked about how sweet they were. Honestly it was the best customer service we have had outside of cruises.

We love pigeon forge, we try an go every year. Next time I think we will stay in a cabin.

The stay was very nice, good location, close to everything, we loved that. There was a couple a things, we didn't really care for, was you could hear kids running around above us. Also painters were doing railings, they were scraping paint, which fell on our cars, no notices saying there was gonna be painting an please do not park under railings. It was so hot an the chips of paint fell on our cars, so we told management, they didn't know what to do, they gave us free car wash, long after we went immediately went to wash it off. We had new vehicles, so we were not happy about that, hopefully next time, signs and appropriate measures will be considered before anything like that takes place. Sorry for long review.

Quiet location. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful

The sheets had blood on them. The pool was green/cloudy. New pool chairs are needed at the 7 story building. The bedroom overlooking the River needs its own cooling system. A Dan was provided but it was still very hot.

The condo was decorated very nice and the location was great. The beds were very comfortable and had a cushion topper.

The condo was hard to cool with a wall unit in the heat of summer. The master bedroom had a very small vent pumping air conditioner.

Great location. Very comfortable and homie. Very clean! Loved feeding the ducks and geese out back.

Air conditioning unit could use some updating. But given the summer heat and humidity of the south the poor thing was giving it all she had. Never any staff in the office. Arrived at 3 pm and told we were too early and that check in was at 4. Came back at 4 and office was locked and had a sign that late arrivals would receive an email with the info. Late??? For the rest of the week there never was anyone in the office.
