Cozy”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. This is the first time we went to ilocos norte and the road to this hotel is quite remote and dark. We were kind of expecting a bed and breakfast-ish type of place but surprisingly, it is nice. Not something you'd expect from the area. Staff are helpful and nice. Food is great too!

Nice Place”
The hotel is still new and clean. Love the pool as well as the mountain view. The room was spacious with 2 A/C. Bunk beds were comfortable however, it seems that bed sheets were used and hasn't been changed. The room has only one T&B which is not enough for 12 person to share. Complementary breakfast is just fine. Staff are friendly. Price is reasonable. We enjoyed our overnight stay at Rivermount Hotel & Resort.

Hotel employees were very courteous!”
The front desk employees were really kind, greeted us every morning or whenever we return to the hotel after travelling across the ilocos region. The only problem was that our comfort room had a leaking toilet/bidet not really sure what it was. Wifi was quite good on the public areas were my girlfriend and I stayed for a while. Another problem was I had to ask slippers from the front desk since they did not provide any in our room, to my dismay, they said that they don't have any stock and it will still be delivered from manila, the front desk employee was kind enough to explain the situation and I understand that the hotel was quite new and they were still stocking up with things for their hotel. Over all, it was a good stay, I loved the view and we had great pictures in the infinity pool.

Nice view, poor sanitation”
We booked for 2 nights, this hotel has very nice mountain and river view, room is basic, only offers shampoo and bath soap, no wifi in bedroom. Quiet and good place in Ilocos. But we went home with itching rashes all over our legs and arms! It must be some kind of bed bugs or the like.

Captivating location”
Overall, the experience was nice. The staff is very hospitable and they treated us good. However, the room that we stayed has a leaking shower and dirty toilet. I hope they can be able to improve on the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room itself especially the bathroom. Nevertheless, the experience is above grade. Beautiful hotel with nice view and excellent staff.”
Enjoyed my stay here, new hotel with nice rooms, awesome pool overlooking the river, good food, and very good staff who were attentive and helpful. Only negative is the hotel is a bit out of the way, so when you stay plan on being there all night as nothing to do close by and transportation has to be arranged in advance.

Very expensive”
The room was too big for 3 adults only and the hotel is very strict on maximum person capacity and ended up paying more than expected! Should have stayed in other place if going in group rather than in this hotel, very expensive place to stay in Ilocos Norte. The receptionist let us get in as family group when we checked in and never told us about the maximum capacity and only informed us about it after 2hours and got no choice for room upgrades as we hv already used the room. Very poor service. Though the hotel looks new and comfty. The location of the hotel is very far from tourist beach areas. Not worth the a stay for a very expensive price. Only good for couples and not for family or groups.

Wonderful river and mounain view which exactly depicts its hotel name. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was a bit far from the city but its serinity and quiet location compensates it all. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best Place to Relax in the North!”
After a long ride heading up North this is the Place you should first visit! The location is very quiet and peaceful, defines the place in the Hotel Name. Enjoy this place when you want to have a quality time with your family or just me time. The staffs were very accommodating. Worth every Penny!!

there is an available airport transfer, just coordinate with the hotel. set breakfast available for 150/pax. elevator available for convenience of all. the only setback here is the presence of fruit flies in the dining area. (from nearby fruit farms and poultry.) overall, it was a memorable stay. new hotel, clean rooms. the staff were excellent.

Overall experience was satisfactory. Only drawback was no towels available for swimming & when requested, was told by staff that extra towels are chargable for additional 100php each! Wifi was available only downstairs in a very small area but also charged at least 50php to use. Hotel is still being renovated so was a little noisy with construction noise. Rooms are located only on the 2nd & 3rd floor which is still very close to the ground. Pool was dirty when we went to use it. Staff only went to clean it after we got in the pool & only then did they turn on the waterfalls & fountains & bring out tables for us to sit on.

Peaceful with attentive staff!”
Will definitely stay here again if ever I decide to visit Laoag again. If you are looking for quiet place to relax with great view from the pool and mountain view from your room, this is the place to stay. The laundry service is pretty reasonable as well and delivered on time. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Excellent Stay”
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, food served for breakfast was good. The only thing that we didn’t like is that there were spots on the bed and hairs on the bathroom. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The view from the building is spectacular, btw + accomodating staff.

Great for a relaxing weekend”
The property is new and is situated along the highway, and right in front of the river. Offers great views and a relaxing ambiance. The multi-level infinity pool adds a lot to the charm of the place and my kids enjoyed frolicking in the water. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway from the city for the entire family.

No wifi at rooms as advertised, it's only available at the lobby and it's restaurant.”
•Staff entered our room to bring complementary snacks without asking our permission while we're out. • Restaurant staff are well mannered and friendly. •Hotel receptionist are not aware of our advance online booking. Made us wait for quite sometime while looking for our reservations. •After 16 hours of driving from Manila that Sept 8 (4am to 8pm ) evening, hotel staff are wondering whether we are booked or not.
