Beautiful hotel , very clean and great location. Step out onto Los Olas Blvd to some good shopping and restaurants! One of the hotel assets is Terrance at front desk! From the moment you check in he makes you feel at home . You can tell he truly loves the hotel , telling me about the two restaurants they have on premises as well as the pool etc. He greets you by name as you walk by and asks about your stay . An employee with such passion about his job is such an asset to the hotel ! Would definitely return next year !

Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. Pool area is great with a restaurant/bar adjacent. Our room was nice but a little musty with a view of the air conditioning units lol. Staff was very friendly

Cool Historical Hotel, Great Location”
Our room was quite comfortable. The staff was very nice. Loved the historical feel and looking at all the old photos down one of the hallways. It has an understated elegance, if you want super modern flashy go somewhere else. Nice pool. Some amazing iguanas hanging around there. Food was really good at the onsite restaurant(s). My kid DEVOURED his regular size pancake breakfast so that's a thumbs up for sure. Great location so you can wander around a bit. I'd consider staying here again for sure next time we're ever in Ft. Lauderdale.

First room had water running through pipe behind the bathroom wall. Had booked a king size bed which that room was. Got moved to a queen size bedded room. Noisy air conditioner kept waking us up. Very noisy. At check out was never asked how was your stay. If you want lots of bars and restaurants then stay here. Otherwise, look elsewhere

For a hotel of this standard tissues should be available in rooms also we would not expect to pay for bottles water at $7 a bottle! reception staff are excellent. Also there is an over dependance on QR codes rather than paper information and menus, not all wish to use smart phones

Stayed at weekdays room 241 for $300 2 night and I wasn’t amazed ,looks old and flickering light in the bathroom. The room was quiet at least , beds are firm. If you have a car parking avaliable for $20/day The lovation is amazing you are in a heart of Las Olas walking distance . The beach could walk down there but thats gonna take 40min and id you varry some beach equipment .... forget it Take an uber $12. Front desk staff are nice and always there to help. They will charge your credit card for $100 security deposit, u will get back minis the car parking fee /day.

The staff was somewhat friendly, the beds and pillows were hard and felt like you were rolling to the center of the lumpy bed, the tv didn’t work when we got to our “upgraded” room. The view was nice. The shower needed a deep clean but water was hot and great pressure. Had to pay for parking in the hotel’s private garage and had to pay for breakfast... took forever to get service. Overall, I can’t say I would recommend and definitely won’t be staying here again on my next visit to the area in a few weeks.

I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly . The facade looks great but once I got to my room that ended . There was black mold above my shower and seeing it was late at night I waited to tell them until the next day. I told them about this and they did switch me out of my room , but in the process they ended up charging me another fee for incidentals as well as full price for the room . I tried speaking to a Manger and it took me 3 days to finally reach someone . Once I did he was great, he ended up refunding me for the entire 2nd days stay , but it was still an inconvenience to try and track them down..

I was pissed when I checked in. Receptionist said I booked only 1 room while I booked 2 rooms. I asked him to double check but didn’t help. I had to show him my booking on my phone, then he had to look again. After 5’, he said he found I booked 2 rooms. Very retarded! Rooms are small & old. Lobby has no AC. No good for an humid hot area like Fort Lauderdale.

If you’re looking to pay $7 for a bottle of warm water at the front desk this is the place for you. Very outdated, staff is not the friendliest, and if you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night you have to go across the street and use vending machines that don’t work. but they do take your money. probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

. The hotel is much older than seen on pictures. . The hotel got very bad communication with the 3rd party, Agoda as for my case. We have 4 people, & requested a room with 2 beds from Agoda with months in advance, hotel gave me rooms with 1 bed. Hotel said Agoda sent note that guests wanted rooms with 1 bed. We had to sleep on floor. My body got really hurt. Terrible! . Rooms are really old & small. . Lobby has no AC. It’s bad for a humid hot area. I will not recommend. I’ll not stay in this hotel again.
