We stayed 5 nights at Riverside Oasis and loved it!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every morning at breakfast they kindly greeted us with a smile and were prompt to make our breakfast. We had the pancakes most morning and they always came over and asked if we wanted more (which of course we did, they were delicious!). We were fans of the coffee and fresh juice! The room was perfect, we loved the balcony and view of the river. The pool was cold (due to the colder months), but that didn’t stop us going in. The complimentary use of the bicycles was also a bonus! It’s a nice ride either to the Old Town or the beach. Thanks for the great stay!!

What a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in earlier than normal as we had come off the sleeper bus which was great. Ms No is such a sweet person. She was so friendly and helpful, telling us about the area and good places to eat. The room was nice and big, bed was a little hard but fine. Room was clean and good selection of channels on TV. Pool looked nice but we didn't use. We used the laundry service which was good and reasonable price. Location is about 30mins walk from main centre, but they give free bike hire which is handy. They are between town and the beach also so easy access. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Lovely hotel, couldn’t ask for better. ”
This is a lovely hotel just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An town centre to make it peaceful, but not too far away that you can’t walk into town. The room we had which overlooked the pool was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely. Spoke pretty good English and went out of there way to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great little gem of a spot”
The rooms were clean and very spacious. This spot is a short bike/taxi ride to down town on the river. Being a little bit out of town was nice because it was a quit night sleep. I say that even though our room was right next to a rooster who woke us up very early. However we mentioned it to the staff and the rooster was gone the next few nights of our stay. I would recommend this spot.

Gorgeous stay at Riverside Oasis!”
Riverside Oasis is a little gem of a place hidden just on the outskirts of Hoi An. When I arrived the ever-lovely Nga was really helpful, showing me the best places to visit on their map. The room was clean and lovely (nice to have a place overlooking the river) and the bed was comfy, even by Western standards!

Very nice place, with a very pretty garden and a pleasant swimming pool. The room was clean and spacious. The location is OK not far from Hoi An old town: only 10 minutes by bike. Staff was also great, caring and smiling. We absolutely recommend this place!

We had very good service from the arrival, we were explained the nearby places and options to go to the next destination. Very nice hotel and swimming pool. The staff was very helpful, booked our train tickets and taxi transfer to Da Nang. Very pleasant stay.

Fabulous Budget property with Wonderful Staff!”
The Riverside Oasis Villa is in a great location, with wonderfully helpful staff and a fabulous pool. The rooms are a generous size, and the bathrooms are huge. Great rainhead shower, that works for tall people! ... If you have breakfast at the hotel (additional cost) the baguettes are so fresh, and the eggs cooked perfectly. However, this is a budget property, so the furniture is not glamourous and the walls could use repainting. New bath towels would help too, though the ones they have are always fresh washed (if a bit starchy). .... There is also a couple of roosters nearby, that don't seem to care if they crow all night. But overall, would recommend this property - can't beat the price and the great staff!

Pros.. staff are just lovely. Always helpful. Rooms are large. Easy walk into town or free push bikes. Cons. Poor coffee. Breakfast okay but if you get a rate with out breakfast great choose of street food and coffee just outside. Marble tiles in bathroom very slippery like glass when wet ,i fell twice. Towels and pillow very thin.. Overall a lovely stay with a large group of friends and I would stay again

Great location, near the river in a more relaxing area that the busy Old Town. There was free bikes available to use which were very convenient, although they needed a bit of a tune. Breakfast was fantastic, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had!! Staff were super friendly and gave lots of good advice. There were quite a few ants in the room was the only negative we encountered.
