Cleanliness of kitchen utensils and floors”
The floor was not swept and mopped well. The spoons and plates seem like they were not washed after being used. They are still oily with food stains on it. Aside from these there were no other problems. A peaceful area. Will come back to stay again. Will also recommend to my friends.

Helpful n friendly staffs”
I had a late checkin and i forgot to ask how to get the keys,coz usually for apartment i hv a meetup with the staff/agent. Its my first time here though, and thank god the number to be contacted is shown at the security hut. Apparently the staff is just around. All and all, we found tht the place is just nice for a couple like us to stay.

The 1st room that we booked was ok.. Spacious living, bedrooms n bathrooms, but have to transfer to another room which is smaller especially the bathrooms.. it is due to the 3 door locked not working.. But other than that it was fun, nice n clean..

Stayed at 1 room apartment, nice place to stay with peaceful environment but the room has bad smell seems long time been empty. Water tap was so hot & almost burn the skin. TV also not working properly. Hope those things to be improved.

Decent bedroom with a living room equiped with a small kitchen area(no complaint about it).Wifi is usually slow and terrible in Brunei, so for me it is normal. Rather used local sim for business internet connection although the data is a bit pricy.Tv channel is limited, so recommended to download movies/series in a pendrive/HD to plug it on the tv usb port for in house entertainment. Busy area during the day due to tyre shop, workshop noises nearby which does not bother me so much, but restfull at night (just few noise of cars passing by) and the location are mostly nearby food area, daily needs, business area and easy access to other strategic places. the place is not as fancy as you expect like other develop countries such as singapore, malaysia, etc but i would recommend riverside residence as one of a decent place to stay. I am satisfy with what they had in house, not so much complain about it and pleased to have stayed there.

Feels Like Home”
Initially, I do not have much expectation. To my surprise, staying here just feels like home, and even better since everything is brand new. Kitchenette with cooking utensils, basic toiletries and towels are provided too. Breakfast is not provided and there is no hotel lobby and such, due to its home residency concept. Although the roof top swimming pool area is quite small, still, it is big enough for you and your family to have fun. In addition to that, there is more than enough free parking for visitors. Location-wise, although it is not situated at the city center but it is still in walking distance to Gadong Central where local restaurants and convenient stores located. My only slight disappointment is the miscommunication between the hotel and myself prior to my stay. I called them earlier to confirm my booking and if airport transfer was provided - and the male receptionist said no. So I took the taxi from airport to hotel and was charged BND25. Upon checkin, the female receptionist said that a driver has been scheduled to pick me up and quite intense for my no-show. I appreciate the courtesy given, but they should provide firm information to avoid any money wastage.

The property is one of the most reasonably priced in the area and the rooms offered are spacious. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. The only problem is that the map to the hotel / apartment is inaccurate. Highly recommended

NEED TO FIND A QUITE PLACE TO JUST CHILL AND RELAX. THIS IS THE PLACE. THE PLACE IS VERY PRIVATE AND WELL GUARDED. FAST WIFI AND NICE ROOM WITH SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM.

1. location: Nearby has many restaurants like Ayam percik, KFC, Sushi Tei and etc 2. Transport: I think it is impossible to reach with public transport. I rented a car to travel around Brunei. Therefore, it is not a problem for me to stay at here. 3. car park: big area for car park. 4. Kitchenette: Every room is with kitchenette.

Quiet building with gate for extra security. Pretty new apartments with full kitchen and amenities. We rented the 2 bedroom apartment which featured a big living and dining area. Very comfortable and near many shops and cafes. Not near city centre but fine if you have transport ready. Highly recommended.
