            Setting, peace, cleanliness.

            Riversong cottages is in a lovely relaxing setting, with a beautiful gardens and superflowers. Murchison is a very quiet little town, with only a handful of few shops and eating places. Convenient to stopover for one night on the way to or from the North of South Island.

            Peaceful stay”

            The kea studio was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and had everthing we needed including a bbq. The owner was very hospitable and knowledgable about the area. He even helped us make a camp fire which was marvellous under the stars. Highly recommend if you are in Murchison or Nelson lakes area. I

            Great Value, Well maintained property, comfortable rooms and good amenities

            We stayed at the Riversong cottages for just one night and wished we were there longer. It is a beautiful and well maintained property. The hammock in the garden was special indeed.

            Cute little cottage”

            We loved our stay so much we came back on our return journey down south. Really cute cottages run by a lovely family. Our one had a lovely little private deck out back with a hammock. Perfect for a chill out after a long day. The garden also has badminton and some play areas for kids. Air con was appreciated in the middle of a heat wave and it was nice to arrive to icy water and milk in the fridge. Would have no hesitation in staying again if we were ever in these parts again.

            Little paradise”

            Beauty and tranquility

            there are two or three cottages, named by birds. it's all green around, full wbith flowers. the owner cares very much to give her guests a home-like feeling and you can find there tv videos as well as books lleft by former guests. there is a supermarket nearby and plenty of birds and birds songs. pour yourself a glass of wine, take it to the veranda, have a seat and relax.

            Lovely”

            Really sweet accommodation. We stayed for one night on our way north but would have stayed longer if we had the time. Alex was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. There was no built-in kitchen but there was a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the cutlery and dished we needed. We didn't go without anything. The surrounding garden was nice, I can imagine it would look even better in spring. We would stay again.

            Clean unit just off the Main Street in quiet Cul de sac. Three cabins in close proximity with good outdoor space for children to enjoy. Clean spacious property. Only met owner as we left who seemed very friendly. Good communication and directions following booking
