awful hotel”
Despite having a reservation, the owner gave my room away and sent me to another hotel. He then had the audacity to not tell me, but tell my tour guide, as I dropped my bags off before check-in (my tour guide did not inform me of this until 3 hours later). He never apologized or offered me any type of compensation. He did the same to another guest, and then cancelled both of our reservations so we could not leave a bad review. The hotel he sent us to was horrible and I would never book a room there. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and on travel forums not to stay at this hotel.

Clean, safe and super friendly and helpful staff, right in the heart of old town Bukhara”
Pros: ticked all on my list of essential criteria for a solo female traveller: clean, safe, super friendly/helpful staff, right in the heart of the old town! And at approx £20pn including breakfast and free wifi, it was a real bargain! Cons: I was assigned the ground floor room, which was a triple single bedroom, which even though was nice to spread out and I don’t consider myself a large person (at 5ft 2), I found the single beds are narrower than standard single beds in the UK and if I rolled over fully, I’d fall out! It was also noisy being on the ground floor as I was right next to the reception desk, but was fine after midnight after everyone checked in. The area around the hotel is also undergoing major building works, so if you’re looking for magnificent views on their promising cosy open air rooftop, it’s a tad disappointing! No fridge in the room as advertised. No complimentary water in the room, which for a 3star in a country where you can’t drink the tap water is unusual.

ブハラの観光のメインであるラビハウスの泉から徒歩5分もかからない路地裏のブティックホテル。ブハラ観光の拠点には最適。 周りには飲食店も多く女性1人旅でも夜遅くに出歩いても安全でした。 ホテルはコンパクトで清潔。新しい。バスタブは無いけど水回りもウズベキスタンで宿泊したどのホテルより綺麗でした。 至る所に伝統織物のスザニがオシャレに飾られていて、本当に女性やカップルにおすすめします！ 家族経営でスタッフの皆さんは、適度な距離感で親しく接してくれてとてと楽しかったです。 レセプションの男性は英語が堪能。語学力が無くても、わかりやすい言葉でゆっくり話してくれるので不安はありません。 駅からの送迎や洗濯などのオプションも良心的な価格。朝ごはんもgood 次回ブハラを訪れる時も必ずここに泊まります！

отель в центре города в истрическом месте старого города. новый отель. приветливый хозяин, помог нам добраться до самарканда. цена порадовала, учитывая расположение-вполне приемлема. за дополнительную плату можно заказатьзавтрак,обед и ужин. единственный минус_находится в непроезжей части. а так все отлично! рекомендуем!!!
