2nd time to come back and stay in this hotel. It’s new. Staff are nice. It has a close by beach just a few meter walk from the hotel. Has a very nice Italian restaurant downstairs. Just along the main road and you can easily get a tricycle. The price is unbeatable for the quality of service compared to other hotels in Puerto Galera.

OK hotel”

This hotel is ideal if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel. The only reason we picked this hotel is because most of the time we were out there doing activities otherwise this hotel is not ideal for people who are looking to spend most of their time indoors. Dogs keep barking all night long - these are the dogs next door or from the opposite road. We could hear doors being slammed everywhere. - not sure if these are bedroom doors or if it is the white door from downstairs to the reception. Guests should be considerate to other guests and not slamming the doors. The rooms are simple but clean and spacious, the TV is so small, the bed is cheap quality - too hard for our backs. There is no lift so you have to use the stairs all the time. It’s difficult if you are carrying something heavy with you - but staff are always there to help. This is the only hotel we stayed where we could not connect to the internet (hotel Wi-Fi) unless we stay close to the door or if we stay outside our bedroom where the stairs are. We moved in between bedrooms 3x during our stay due to having problems. When we came back once, we found our first room flooded with rain water - there was typhoon at the time. The second room that was given to us was better except there was no hot shower and the pressure of the water is so bad that we had to use a cup to wash ourselves. Finally, we were moved into the perfect room, no flooding, good water pressure with heater and the Wi-Fi worked inside the bedroom as the router was just outside this bedroom. And maybe it’s better not to get your laundry washed in this hotel, we paid 600 pesos for 6 kilos, I don’t mind the price but my wife’s pinkish shirt was ruined because the lady who did our laundry put some bleach all over the shirt. The receptionists were all nice and accommodating. This hotel location is far from white beach and Sabang, and tricycle drivers always try to nickel and dime the passengers - so be careful. Great value, great rooms”

This hotel is not at the beach or in the town center but at a street about 1 km from town. The location worked for me. The rooms were very nice a spacious and staff was very friendly. The Badlatz Beach Resort hotel next door had rooms half as big for a 50% higher price. The rooms had a refrigerator and things to make coffee. Two restaurants were just next door and one could use a nice, big swimming pool of the hotel next door. Great value.

Location is good. Decent restaurants in the same building. Staff, especially Michelle, is reliable and helpful. New or newly renovated, so definitely not one of those hotels that look good on photos and that's it. Will recommend!

Aircon in one of the 2 rooms a little weak, but this is a very minor thing. GROUP travelers would love being allowed to use the kitchen for a minimal fee. Hotel is about 5 minutes away from Poblacion.

Be careful, don't leave any of your stuff outside your room , you'll never get it back When you check out make sure, you count the towels . It took 30 minutes for them to find the towels were all there and they tried to charge me P300 per towel but I patiently wait, in the end I was getting cranky then all of a sudden they've found all the towels.

Nice place”

Pleasant stay at Answer Hotel. The staff was friendly and told us where we could rent a bike. Room is spacious and clean. The restaurants underneath are ok too.

We booked for jan. 3 to 6 but had to cut our stay short and checked out jan. 5. The front desk people were all courteous and helpful. The ambience in our room (3rd flr) was relaxing. Though we had to commute whenever we have to go somewhere or buy something it was ok because the trikes aren't hard to find. It would be nicer if the breakfast can be served earlier than 8am. All in all our stay was very good.

The place is clean and the size of the room is perfect. Not too big nor too small. But they have limited amenities, they make you pay for the toothbrush! HAHA, seriously. 1 star for the staff, they are not that accommodating and hospitable. They don't serve breakfast also, good thing there is a cafe just beside the hotel.

It's a new hotel a bit out of the way with large and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, large hot showers, and great aircon. The staff are friendly enough, but need to be better trained. Politeness and smiling isn't enough, especially when there's miscommunication between staff members and guests. Trying to nickle and dime the customer when the error falls on the staff is unseamly and can sour a guests' stay. To point: There was a mix up with the changing of towels and new water bottles given after the first night, we stayed three, and they continued to insist on trying to charge us extra after originally telling us it was free. This passed for a few nights and I had to insist enough on check out that it's unethical to tack on charges after the fact, and finally they relented. Nonetheless, to expect guests to pay extra for clean towels and bottles when the stay is more than one night, and especially when it's an extended reservation is ridiculous. Do better!

Great value for money, friendly staff, clean facilities accesssible to transpo in and out of city. Authentic Italian food at reasonable price available at the restaurant by the entrance door. They have generators in case of power outtage (which happens quite often) Setbacks at this hotel are: no lift, no provisions for early breakfast if you’re leaving before 10:30 am and A/C in the room is not sufficient to cool the room, although staff provided stand fan to augment. This place is perfect for business people who aren’t really looking for leisure.

New spacious hotel not far from town.”

It's a newish spacious hotel that has great big rooms, with big beds, bathrooms, great aircon, and WiFi connection, and not too far from the main town. However, we had issues with the staff concerning having the towels and beddings changed, and new free water bottles given for extending our reservation. A guest shouldn't have to be charged extra for new towels or water 2 days after check in. A daily changing and cleaning is normal hospitality industry procedure, and trying to brow beat a guest into paying extra is in very poor taste and assured we won't be returning. Staff should be retrained in how to serve guests and not try to nickle and dime them.

Frontdesk staff was very accomodating. We arrived around 11:45PM but still managed to welcome us with a smile 😄 Family room is spacious. CR was very clean! Water supply is strong. We enjoyed our stay.

too quite area hotel”

Ive been here on my way to calapan, happy to be away from sabang or puerto galera, where theres the rest of the travellers or divers. the place its quiet, maybe too much if you planning to stay more than one night. only a couple of restaurants around, recommend the one in the nearest beach hotel.

Nice room and big but the problem is the power of the aircon is really low ! ( 16 ° speed fan higher high cool I had be warm in the night ) the room is to much big ... But I think the type of aircon was adequate to the room but it was necessarily clamped

Отличный отель, но: 1. Пляж рядом - купаться сомнительно. 2. До нормального пляжа - ехать на трицикле 150 песо туда и обратно 150. 3. Магазинов рядом мало. Но мы с женой нашли магазин и покупали там вкуснейший ром Tanduay по 45 песо за 0,375 ))). 4. Интернет - никакой.... он есть, но его нет.. ) В основном, если вы готовы использовать отель в качестве ночежки - да, ваш вариант. Убирались раз в 2-3 дня. На ресепшн все приветливые.

这间酒店和海边的广场酒店是一个老板。 优点：酒店很新才开半年，设施不错。位置去海边很方便，去downtown走路15min。前台人很好，厨房给个50-100p就可以借来用最简单的饭菜。 缺点：所有房间Wi-Fi都没有，不含早餐，好像是因为酒店没有规范的厨房。没有泳池也没有花园。好在干净。相比较海边的广场酒店好就好在房间里的现代化和家具都很舒服。
