It is located near the Piccadilly station, convenient to go to the airport. The mini kitchen is well equipped and clean. Good for reheating food or simple cooking.

I think the rooms are good, but I got allocated a basement room (001) with a pillar in the middle so could not watch TV from the sofa. Nice to have a kitchen. Grab and go breakfast was acceptable, I got there when the pastries were lovely and hot. Coffee from the machine was great and is available 24/7 for free, Nice touch. Room have kitchens with microwave, toaster, hob, fridge, which is useful to make own or bring in a takeout and have proper cutlery and plates to eat off.

truly exceptional stay here in Manchester. The hotel is located in central area with easy access for restaurants, shopping areas, or public transport (bus and tram). The staffs are all very warm and welcoming, the go to breakfast is very convenience (fruits, coffee, tea, juice, and assorted breads - which are very delicious). We use the washing machine + dryer as we're travelling to number of cities and it's really helpful - not to mention it's free. Definitely will come back when visiting Manchester again.

The room is very spacious with cooking facilities. Comfty for both short trip and long stay. Locating is near Manchester city centre and the staff are very helpful readily share information on dining and transport . Pleasant stay!

Very nice hotel, My favourite I stayed in while I was in the UK! The staff are lovely and the grab & go breakfast is a nice touch and very convenient when you are on the go. Definitely will be back next time I am in Manchester

We stayed in a studio apartment which was perfect for me and my husband. All facilities you needed and clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fabulous. It's close to restaurants, shops etc but despite having two large windows it was so quiet. Staff were fabulous and we loved the grab and go breakfast supplied. Value for money all round. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Just mediocre ”
Given a cheap wardrobe, blinds were ripped, couch leather was old, ripped and worn. The hotel is very mediocre for the price you pay, i paid £155 for a lodge suite and i feel completely ripped off.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel.. I can see a lot of small little bugs under the lights.. Gross and disgusting.. Staff is very helpful and the room is spacious though. Please do something with the room overall cleanliness and also to highlight that the water tap is faulty in the bathroom..
