We stayed at one of their fan rooms. Location was good. 1-2 mins walk to the beach. The room was big enough for us. The bathroom was pretty basic (shower, faucet and "de buhos" toilet bowl) but it was clean enough. If you have kids though, it's better to stay at the ground floor (we stayed on the 2nd floor) since kids could be very playful and it would be a nuisance to the ones staying downstairs because of the noise. The fan was enough during our stay since it was chilly but I'm not sure during the summer season.

Price fixing all over this island. ”

No wifi, no hot water, no gym, different location than advertised on agoda, I was the only guest in this multi room hotel and still prayed too much. Price fixing imposed by local government, cleanliness lacking, too many complaints to list, even had to negotiate holding my bags a few hours after check out.

Not so bad”

Good location, just few meters from white beach, you will find restaurants, shops,and all what you need.. rooms are good size, though old style, gadgets barely work, power points,tv,etc. The surroundings are a bit noisy. Staff it's helpful and friendly, I would say that it does the job and its fair for the price. It's not the first time that I go to white beach,and although they have tried to organize the beach and it looks more tidy, it's sad to say that is not the quiet beach that it was before. Now You will find plenty of jet ski,fast boats and all sort of motor aquatic vehicles that make noisy and dangerous the beach, i would advise talipanan beach or amami Beach just one or two kms ahead. If you look for a more quiet beach.

Pas propre , pas d'eau chaude chambre minable, obligé de reclamer des serviettes de toillettes et du savons car non fournit, vous réclame aussi un deposit de 500 pesos on se demande pourquoi ? les autres hotels sur white beach ne le demande pas et sont beaucoups mieux. De toute façon nous sommes des touristes, donne ton argent ils y en aura d'autres après toi voila le sentiment reçu avec cet établissement. Le personnel cherche a vous vendre quelque chose a chaque fois qu il vous croise, un tour , un ticket de ferry .... Vous trouverez beaucoup mieux sur la place ce n'est pas ça qui manque.

Mabait yung may ari kasi sabi nila ung na booked namin na hotel is ung nsa loob pa ng whitebeach.. since marami ang nag resched ng booking nila dahil sa TAAL eruption, ina upgrade nila ung room nmin dun sa beachfront .. ok naman ung hotel malinis at malamig, kaso ung wifi nila di abot sa room nmin.. then gusto ko ung inooffer nila na add 200php per hour extension ng stay nyo sa room.. no need magmadali sa pag check out lalo na gusto nyo masulit ung mga tour.. 房间很小，但干净，风扇房，冷水冲凉。离海边约60-70米，酒店后门出去经过4-5个小酒店就到白沙滩的海边了。白沙滩浪很大，海边大多是餐厅食物贵，太商业化了。
