Food in the hotel was excellent. The staff most helpful and pleasant. All facilities were clean and pleasing. The beds were sub standard and conducive to a bad back - they were poor for a hotel of this standard. The shower grouting on all the showers urgently needed attention. The location was very good indeed.

Beautiful bedroom”

Stayed here as I had an early morning meeting the following day. I was upgraded to a corner executive room and it was beautiful. Fantastic view over the river and amazing bathroom. Staff were lovely and helpful and the food in the bar is always good

Perfect Location”

The hotel is a mere 5-minute-walk from the city center and is right across from the famous city hall. The room is very spacious and the hotel overall gives off a luxurious vibe. It offers all amenities of a 5 star hotel but is not as expensive. Breakfast was just okay - there could be more choices (Continental, American). One thing I notices is that the rooms actually look better in reality than in the pictures! Very recommendable hotel!

The hotel was very easily found in Cork City as it is right in the centre. The underground carpark was easy to use and allowed easy access.The reception was very friendly and the room was large, clean and bright. Cork is a vibrant city and everywhere was a short stroll from the hotel - ideal for anyone wanting a short break - We did not take breakfast in the hotel - although it looked very good - there were plenty of cafe's and restaurant's offering good tasty local fare. The hotel Gym was really well equipt and well staffed.
