I highly recommend this hotel apartment, its clean and has a complete things you need in the kitchen. I stayed here with my mom and she loves it! If you’re looking for a place just to relax and to have a good vibes this is the best place for you. Staffs are very accommodating from the reception, house keeping and room service (they are fast!) until the time of check out. I didn’t experience any hard time from them. Its all good. There’s valet parking and you can park your own car (where I chose due to situation right now) there’s alot of space too where you want to park your car even its Eid. 5 mins or less drive only towards dubai mall. For food delivery like zomato, u dont need to go down the reception, staff will bring it to your doorstep. I appreciated simple things like that 😅. So overall its amazing!!

This the best experience for many times of travelling in Dubai. The hotel is very center in town . The hotel staff is very helpful and sincere in attending the guest , the greetings for check in by Ms Dewi and Ria and all at the reception counter The cafe staff is very attentive to our request , we had a very good service by ALAA, GASTON, LAINE, PADAM and names that i did not get all. For our room - it was kept clean by Bishal and Ajaya . With rose petals and nice looking origami by towels. Thank you all and will definitely come again soon.

Really good hotel location amazing ”
This is a really good hotel. We have had an amazing experience and a stand out for us is the location as the worlds tallest building and the world biggest mall is like 5 minutes away. I’d recommend this to anyone that wants a Dubai ‘downtown/city centre experience. I’d like to praise Ibrahim who works in the hotel at the front desk. He’s polite and helps his customers with their needs. He’s an asset to Damac. If you want a good brand and a reasonable price then book this hotel!

Stayed in the suites. Living room was good with a tv. 1.5 bathrooms which was ideal! Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Close to dubai mall (free shuttle bus available). Overall i loved it!

4 Star - Just a lot of construction ”
The location of the hotel is central - would have been a two minute walk to The Dubai Mall however unfortunately there is a lot of construction happening around the hotel, so you have to walk around the block which only takes 10 minutes. The hotel also offers a free hourly shuttle service to the mall and back which is really convenient. The staff were very friendly, and did their best to assist with any enquiries. We arrived early and they gave us a complimentary upgrade as we had a baby and it was also my husbands birthday. A special thank you to Razi for going out of his way and organising this, and all other enquiries we had throughout our stay. The poolside views and some room views are blocked off by construction. Cleanliness could be a little improved, a long with the state of bathrooms / furniture etc. Overall a good stay - rating 4 stars.
