È vero che la camera costa poco, ma un saluto non costa niente”
In un'ottima posizione questo alberghetto sporco e puzzolente gestito da personale poco cortese. La nostra camera aveva il soffitto che non sembrava per nulla sicuro e un bagno troppo piccolo anche per dei bambini e senza nemmeno lo spazio dove appoggiare o appendere gli asciugamani. I letti sono talmente rumorosi da svegliarci continuamente quando qualcuno si muoveva.

Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to post your feedback following your recent stay with us, I am sorry that you were not happy with the room, you did pick and internal room which does not have any windows, and these are sometimes smaller than the other rooms, I have checked the bathroom and there is a towel rail on the wall.

Il Gardens si trova in una posizione comodissima sia per il turista che per chi lavora e non è uno di quegli albergoni-oni leggermente alienanti che si trovano qui in gran quantità È confortevole e pratico anche se senza troppe pretese ma con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona la colazione Te' è caffè in camera molto graditi. Troppa poca luce e manca un poco d'aria nelle camere Ritirnerei

I was stay here with my sister for 4 nights. The staff are friendly especially Ms. Linda who arrange our check out n keep our luggage. The hotel was clean and comfortable for us. The place is strategic place to stay, near coach bus station, Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Victoria train station and also near the halal foods store around hotel.

Brilliant room, loved the Tony Wilson/Joy Division/Peter Saville touches, great decor. Very clean and comfy, great shower, nice practical features and extras. Friendly staff. Very impressed, especially for the reasonable price for the executive room when we booked. Perfect for the Northern Quarter.

My only comment is that at the exact time that you need to check out without any noticed and not being informed by the receptionist that the lights will be automatically turned off as soon as it reached the check out time which is 11am. I was in the toilet washing my hands at that time and ready to go out when it happened, I couldn't see anything it was pitch black good thing I remember where I put my phone and managed to grab it from the table and use my torch. It was 11:02 when I managed to left my room. But my point is that the should have informed me. I was devastated and annoyed

Had a great stay here with my family for a United game. Had our room upgraded to a bigger one (without even asking!). Room is very nice and location is close to public transportation and food. Awesome hotel!

I have lived in the city all my life and was not aware of this hotel right in the heart of the city, the room and filicities were great all that you need was impressed with all the staff from checking in to checking out I have never come across this hotel on any other site and therefore will be using this site again, if I had to complain I'd say the external sounds were noticeable however only when the window was open this is due to the very warm night..

Delicious breakfast and good value. Nice places to sit and work quietly downstairs. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Excellent value for money. Despite being Friday night it was calm and restful. Good places for reasonably priced evening meals and picnic food on the doorstep. Buses handy, also close to train and coach stations.

Warm comfy bed. Clean bathroom with easy to use shower. Hassle free check in. Great location and got the room for three nights for the same price some Hotels were asking for just one. Cannot complain.

They upgrade my room to a very spacious room with 2 double beds which very comfy, a fine view to the street and city. The only minus is the noise you can clearly hear from the street and traffic since the room is just the side from street. Located very nicely in the city centre, just 7 minutes walk from Manchester Picadilly Station. You can easily find many restaurant surrounding the hotel. I would love to back this hotel for my next trip.
