The staff are all friendly and sir Jhay provides excellent hosting for the guests. We felt very much pampered and the food are real good and tasty. We are looking forward of coming back and relax here again. Keep it up!

Did not regret booking at Hannah's this past Holy Week 2019. =) Pros 1. Staff and owners were great, assisted us in every way possible, even with our father who was disabled and had to go around in a wheelchair 2. Place was well-kept, clean and relaxing. The gardens, the pool, all areas were maintained very well. 3. Rooms were clean. 4. Food from the restaurant had big servings and reasonably priced. 5. Crowd was okay considering it was the Holy Week. Cons 1. The place is a bit far from usual routes. If you don't mind driving far then this is not an issue. But the place will be worth the distance traveled. 2. There are no nearby malls, main groceries, drugstores or any fast-food chains in the area. Once it is dark the resort will be your only haven. Be sure to bring all the food, supplies, medicines and other essentials you will need for the trip. Don't forget to bring insect repellent as the place will naturally have insects given the plentiful greenery in the area.

Friendly staff”

The resort was really nice and it had what we need for our stay. The staffs were really accommodating and made sure that we were always comfortable. The food was delicious and we never really need to go outside the resort to buy anything else.

Fantastic”

Have a very accommodating staff, the ambiance and the place itself is so relaxing. Every rooms and restrooms are spacious and with heaters. Even the small details like the rack outside of every room for you to dry your clothes neatly is notable. The only downside is the pool, it is not heated. But when the staff told us that they are going to improve the amenities. This is a great place to relax and have a city escape.

Jay is very accommodating; the place is recommended for couples who need time to enjoy each other's company, family bonding, individuals looking or serenity, quiet me time. dining is the of the bests, looks like you're still home.

I forgot to commend the male staff who assisted us during our stay. I could not remember his name. He is nice, helpful and accommodating. The place is not accessible to PUVs. The guest should bring his/her own vehicle. No nearby restaurants or convenient store.

Cold swimming pool”

This is a nice place, a very good place to rest for people who wants to take a break from the stresses of the noisy environment of city living. Food is good enough but limited options taking into account that the place is just a bit hard to locate and far from stores. This is really a good place for people who wants to take a rest, not for people who wants to have fun.

Restful place”

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel though at first we didn't find the place nice because of its location. The place is very secluded hence good for people who are looking for a quiet place. We felt disappointed at first because we were so impressed with the pictures in the internet and it's not what it looks in reality. The hotel management needs to repaint their billboard to look exactly the same as advertised. The gardens also need to be rehabilitated for the resort to live with its name. But overall, this is a nice place for people who want to get away from the stressful city environment. Secluded but nice: with a big swimming pool and good food. For breakfast, we suggest that rice be placed in a food warmer to keep the food hot. Its better also if a refrigerator, a kettle and coffee be provided in the rooms. Rooms should also be provided with a copy of the menu and house rules.

Very nice resort”

This resort is a perfect place to destress. It’s peaceful, serene and “naturesome”. Staff are courteous, generous and very accommodating. Foods taste great and worth the price. Rooms are small but clean. The resort is located a bit far from restaurants and stores so we have to drive for 40mins to reach SM Calamba. Good thing there’s pool, table tennis, billiards and basketball court. Over all i rate the resort 5/5 stars.

Great resort with quiet setting and excellent customer service and amenities”

Our family stayed in the Daisy room which was perfect for us. The swimming pool was olympic size and very clean. Our favorite guy was Michael Jay Atienza who was an exemplary employee who catered to our every want and need. We visited Hannah's Resort on Sunday Nov 12th and checked out Tuesday Nov 14th, 2017. The entire staff was fantastic and we loved of choice of breakfast (plated loganissa w/ egg, rice and brewed coffee or corned beef, egg, rice and brewed coffee). what made the stay very comfy and memorable was the staff. They were very attentive to us and very accommodating. He kept on checking on us and gave us all that we needed. Thumbs up! Will definitely refer it to my family and friends :)

Service is superb ”

Service is superb but I find the cost not justifiable with their amenities (plus this is not hot spring). Though I can blame it to my allergies, I find the bed not freshly cleaned (or maybe the pillows are already old).

Hannah's garden is somehow a nice place to visit. Not superb in terms of facilities but the nature and tranquility that have this exclusivity vibe to it, is just so enticing.. Our stay is so peaceful and relaxing. We were the only guest when we got there and we really enjoyed the moment of being close to nature. It would be a great vacation stop if there is a Jacuzzi pool, or just a hot temperature water pool. Over-all rating is good.

Great place ...great retreat. But, cost a lot more for Uber driver than I thought. Just check the location. I wanted hot springs, which this place didnt have. Although. great staff and very unique place.

A bit remote thus quiet and that's exactly what we wanted. There's nothing much apart from the pool but that's enough for us. Staff members were very nice. And of course we all love Charlie.
