I extended my time in this hotel multiple times. I was able to work from my room and was very happy with my stay. The staff were very nice and did an excellent job making me feel welcome. From the staff working reception to the cleaning staff Susil who looked after all my needs. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent internet, everything else very good. I have read bad feedback about wifi in Dubai hotels and this was my worry. I was pleasantly surprised that the Wi-Fi was perfect in 2 rooms that I was in, in the gym and on the roof. Everything else was also very good. The COVID breakfast in the room was a bit small for the big guy but still ok. Great value for money!

Every time that i enter the reception i always saw the smile of ms.catherine and ms dianne and for me its very entertaining. mr.john is very accomodating. I first booked the hotel under the name Grand Hotel. Upon check in, Ms. Lianne told me that I need to call Agoda to request them to modify my booking as it should be Lotus Retreat Hotel. Called Agoda to let them fix the issue as it is no longer my concern. It should be them (Agoda) and the hotel. After waiting for less than 2 hours, they (Agoda) just told me to make a new booking under Lotus Retreat Hotel and they will just refund the first booking. Done as instructed then Ms. Lianne assist me patiently and even upgraded my room! The next day, I requested for a late check out as I was able to check in on my room at quarter to 5:00. Mr. Ashraf gladly offer me to stay until 3:00pm! I already booked this hotel a couple of times when it is still Flora Grand Hotel. The only difference now is that they assist and accommodate me better than before.
