Hit and Miss”

Our room was a suite and it had ample space, the heater and shower pressure were okay but my friend's room which was a deluxe had a faulty aircon and they ended up switching rooms 3 times as the second room given to them as a replacement was even worse and kind of smelled. We had a refrigerator in the room. The hotel is showing its age. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. We were able to arrange our tours with them with ease and at reasonable prices. Its a bit of a walk to the beach but it is quiet at night. Would recommend for families. The swimming pool is a welcome respite during the afternoon heat.

Best Hotel in White Beach Area”

While the Marco Vincent was probably the most expensive hotel in the White Beach area, it was the best I had seen in several stays in the White Beach area. The price was not high, breakfast and number of choices was excellent. Many items not available for lunch or dinner that were on the extensive menu. Few guests in the hotel due to it being low season, but it made the stay very quiet and relaxing .Two indoor swimming pools, one being a bubble pool. Staff was very friendly. We went on an island hopping tour that was excellent all around.

had a nice stay”

had a great time, i did not expect a 4 star hotel at puerto galera. not a front beach hotel, but we did not mind the 5 minute walk. pool was great. hotel is very clean. really recommend this hotel for family with young children.

Excepțional”

We got a pleasant surprise upon checking in - we were upgraded from deluxe to super deluxe for free! Since it was off season we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and the place was nice and quiet. Tho it would have been more convenient had the resort been beach front, the short walk down to the beach was okay. We enjoyed our stay.

The resort was without a doubt beautiful, altho the walk to the beach was a little tiresome. If it had connection to the beach or was beachfront it would have been perfect! Anyway, the staff was very efficient and i appreciated their personal touch of knowing the guests' names. Would definitely stay again in this resort! Kudos!

Pros: 1) Rooms are spacious and clean. 2) The hotel and amenities look the same as in the photos. 3) The place is very accessible. Cons 1) Water from faucet sometimes tastes like rust. 2) Limited choices in breakfast buffet

Amazing stay”

Everyone was friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Teuly highly trained Staffs and world class facilities. Rooms were clean, cozy and spacious. Pools are clean too. Breakfast served freshly cooked omelet as per request. Location was 3mins walk from the beach.. We would definitely come back! Kudos

Kinda Pricey But The Place Was Nice”

Pros: has comforter, free breakfast, unlimited coffee for breakfast, pool jacuzzi with warm water, free refreshment at their beach-side restaurant, diving packages Cons: a bit pricey, was expecting breakfast buffet (less guests means a la carte breakfast) We got a complimentary room upgrade, which was nice. Their pool is huge, and the best part was the jacuzzi! Their free a la carte breakfast has big portions. Would stay here again if the price is right. :)

Below expectation”

The staff was good and remembered us by our names and accommodated y request for a king bed as I was travelling with my young child. Overall for the cost per night, the rooms were just average. The furniture, the air con was old and the bathroom did not have enough water pressure. The breakfast coupon was there but may be due to new year eve, the buffet was not there. Also basic bread toast was served raw in the center. Its good for 1 night or for those individuals who come for the dive lessons.

Excellent - Staff ever so helpful”

On Dec 25 & 26, the island was all but wiped out by a typhoon - the strongest in this region for more than 100 years. Without electricity on the island, the staff informed guests of the brown outs but accommodated as well as possible using generators. Our holiday was not impacted too much by the inconveniences caused by the typhoon but was certainly enhanced by the efforts of the staff under extraordinary circumstances. Would go back to Marco Vincent Resort in a heartbeat!

Excellent service”

The hotel itself is very decent and clean. The staffs are all smiles when they welcome guests. We're in a hurry, running out of time for our 12:30 boat trip from Muelle Port to Batangas Pier that we left some stuffs at the hotel lobby upon check out. If we would go back to the hotel for it then we wouldnt make it to our trip. Then we received a call from Marco Vincent informing as that we left some things and that their staff carrying our things was already on his way to the port to meet us. =) Thank you for Marco Vincent for helping us out even before we ask for it!! =)

Hassle-free”

My stay was relaxing and pleasant. I had no serious issue. There was just a laps in communicating the departure time of our return trip to Batangas City. We were told that the boat would leave at 1:30pm but when we got to the pier, they said that the next available trip was at 3:30pm.

The hotel was clean and staff extremely friendly!”

I can't say enough of how friendly all of hotel staff was to us during our stay. My friends and I had a mishap in Sabang where we had to stay overnight. The next day we arrived back at the hotel. The hotel staff asked what had happened and went above and beyond to make up for it even though it was through no fault of their own. Although the breakfast time had already passed, they still accommodated us for breakfast, complimentary drinks and pizza. They even waived the extra person charge for our full stay. Aside from that, the ferry service was suspended and we could not return to manila that night. They gave us the best rate for the additional night. The staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make us feel very welcome in their hotel. I definitely recommend Marco Vincent Dive Resort to all future travelers to White Beach, Puerto Galera.

Nice hotel very close by the beach”

Stay was nice - the hotel is located 100 meters from the beach. This is good because the beach is close, but not right outside (it's very packed and gets crazy at night). The hotel was good quality and nice, but the price is not necessarily a good fit for value.

Great staff who were very helpful ”

Excellent attitude from staff who even gave me a unexpected birthday gift. White beach was quiet at the time but the hotel definitely made the stay more enjoyable. White beach will be better in the high season

Nice Hotel and Super Accomodating, Friendly Staff”

Actually this is my second time staying to this great hotel. During your arrival you felt very important person, because the way they welcomed their guest are really great, particularly Ms. Marrian who always with a smile when she talked, they also have a welcome drinks to all guest including children and the taste is really good. When you entered to your room, a good smell welcomed you and the room was very very clean. I also appreciates the services provided by the staff in dining area, Mr. Joseph was very attentive and also very friendly.My daughter was really enjoyed swimming. Over-all rating great, perfect and most important the staff, all of you guys are really remarkable to our stay.

this hotel is by far the best 4 star hotel in white beach , its only 5 minutes walk fm the beach , staff r very friendly and serve u with a smile especialy at their front desk. room are clean big and well designed. u dont hv to worry about food bcz white beach has dozens of great resturante only 5 minutes walking distante.

Love our stay in this hotel”

we stayed at this hotel this december with our 2 young kids. we all loved the room, the pool (esp at night with lights that adds to the beauty of the place),and the food. our son kept on begging to extend our stay but we just can't because of prior appointment.i know we will be going back there if time permits. so far, it's the best place for me to stay when in white beach, puerto galera.

Nice hotel & good service”

We liked the hotel & the staff were very friendly. we took the discover dive course & it was perfect. the room was clean & with hot shower. we enjoyed our stay in Marco Vincent resort. it is not located on the beach but few min walking, however it was more quiet due to that.

Very nice hotel”

While the 100m to the beach can seem like a long way in the middle of the night, this hotel is created with great care. The rooms were relatively basic and the only thing missing was coffee in the room, the hotel itself is really nice. Ultimately though it was the people at the hotel that made it a great stay.
