They have initiatives to give us information about the things to expect like the boat schedules and fares. > They were very hospitable, the owner himself welcomed us and even carried some of our luggages, because we have seniors amongst the group. > Rooms are decent and clean. My fiancé loved that there are ashtrays available per table per room. > When the lock down news was out, the lady, who welcomed us at reception on our first day, even offered us free accommodation! I mean, That’s how great their customer service is! And all through out any conversation with her, She was calm and pleasing to talk to. > Highly recommendable!

Getting ready for expansion”

Jessie, JR and others on staff were absolutely wonderful, despite having to endure the Wuhan coronavirus threat that just closed down Mindoro. They were friendly, helpful and very accommodating to my family. And, even though they are constructing a restaurant next door to serve hotel guests, there was zero impact on our stay at the hotel, which was totally enjoyable. Thanks Jessie, JR and all!

Good hotel with a lot of potential”

It's a nice hotel with excellent service from its owner and wife. They pick you up when you arrive on the island and take you to the hotel. Excellent location and room service Recommendations for the owner 1. It's time to change the pillows. 2. Improve the breakfast food. ( They always serve it cold, and it's nothing like what they offer) 3. Leave drinking water in the rooms (I woke up at 4 am very thirsty and had to wait until dawn to drink water) These are basic things you can change and your hotel will have an improvement Thank you for your kindness.

Superb and Excellent Service. Everything is Perfect. We stayed March 4 for 1 night in Apartment Room Style with 2 Bedrooms. Awesome room. Few steps away going to the beach. Staff is very friendly and the lady owner is very accommodating. Make sure to buy your goodies outisde before going to the hotel. Price is much cheaper if your planning to cook meals and get the Aprtment style Room. All in all Experience is 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. We will definitely go back and booked a room in MRH. The owner Lisa, from what I remember is very kind and hospitable. As much as she knows the short comings of the hotel, she do her best to compromise with the customers which is a job well done. Good location which is just a few steps from the beach. Room and bathroom is spacious and clean. The staffs were also kind and very helpful with your needs. Cons would be that the blanket is very thin to keep you warm on your bed. Roosters and loud neighbors should be dealt with during late hours for people to have a good night sleep. All in all, we still had a great time.

The photos published were probably taken so many years ago....You have to pass through narrow and dark alley ways to get to your Hotel at night.

Everything was nice..including the hotel and the owners are very accomodating. They allowed me to pay the full payment of stay during the departure day. Nice staffs especially yana. Good choices of food. Near the beach. Nice bed. Rented a motorcycle is very easy since the staff will assist you on that. I will stay again to Marion Ross hotel.

Id you want a central location at White sand beach (The best beach) with a lot of action, food drink entertainment and a great beach then you found the right hotel.

The location is great, just walk few seconds to white beach. The boss is really helpful and nice. They even drove me to the port to talk boat!

Awesome Stay”

I choose this out of the many options I’ve searched in net due to the spacious space and new facilities. Pros - Exactly as in the picture, spacious and clean. - Aircon and TV with cable is working perfectly. - Hot shower is working (because most claim this but is not working) - They let us borrow the electronic kettle and mugs for hot water for our tea/coffee. - Breakfast is cooked deliciously. Tocilog is my fave and they cooked it well. Brewed Coffee refill is a plus! Then you eat at the rooftop although better with shade. - Staffs are approachable and nice! - Free shuttle service when you arrive. - Safety is a must which they have CCTV and dual locks in the door. - Only 3-5mins walk to the beach, and away from the noise. CONS - I was not aware that there is an additional charge at the hotel for city tax and VAT. This is the first time I experienced this is Agoda. - Staffs dont have duplicate keys. What if the guest lost it? - I guess water in Galera smells really rustic.

Food was good, bed was nice and room was clean. Only thing we didn’t like was water tasted like rust when brushing your teeth., and bath towels were very rough. Owner and staff were very nice. We had bad weather so they served breakfast to us at our room.

Great service great food! The owner was so accommodating to our needs. Free shuttle from port to hotel and they also arranged our tickets and transportation way back to the port. Breakfast was good and have an extra at very affordable price..Definitely be back..!

Hassle free! The owner contacted us on the day of our arrival. I gave them our details and they picked us up at balatero port. Owners are very nice and friendly! The silog meals are very good too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable! Will definitely book here again!
