A refreshing stay ”
We loved the hot water pool which has the right temperature - 40C. It was also kept clean everyday by the staff (they have a regular cleaning of the pools from 6am -7am daily). Breakfast was enough, local food (that is what we came there for, not American food - which other hotels offer). Edward was nice enough to let us dip into the pool before we checked in as we came at around 8am. Patricia arranged my massage and karaoke. We did not appreciate that you have to rent towels to use for the pool area. We haven't heard before of a resort that does not supply pool towels. On top of that, we have to pay for the ice!!! But Don, the night manager was understanding enough that ice should be one of the amenities - it is like splitting hairs when the hotel charges for ice and pool towels. Aside from these hiccups, the place was really nice and we enoyed it.

We visited around Nov and it was not peak season I think. We were the only guests at this time and it was perfect! It's inside a village, very quiet, food is great, and facilities are well maintained. With cable and fast wifi. Worth the money ❤🤘

Where do I even begin? In the room we stayed in, the tv needs to be updated to a flat screen. There were bugs and roaches in the room. There were too much dust on the tables and cabinets and I can't believe they didn't see it. Most importantly, there was a very little water pressure up to the point of no water at all in the shower. I needed to complain it in a daily basis during our stay. This is a spring resort as what it is advertised but the water is cold. As for the food, I suggest to have more varieties to choose from. Not everybody eats rice. Provide other options like potatoes or toasted bread instead of rice. The front desk were very kind and helpful. But I won't be staying here again and can't recommend this hotel.

We are 4 pax, so i booked 2 rooms queen bed but when we arrived around 7:30pm they give me 1 room queen bed and 1 room 2 single beds. I stayed at room 106 and thier blanket is looks like table cloth. But in room 104 they had good comforter. Room was average had big tub inside. Food is just average and breakfast served plated. Pool was clean and the area. No refill of complementary bottle water for next day... No house keeping in our room during our stay.(2nights)place is just walking distance going to hi way. There are other places to stay in Pansol that value for money.

well, the pool wouldnt get hot enough to my liking but I did not mind at all because i could always dip into hot tub in bathroom. I enjoyed the staying very much and was able to unwind and relax as I hoped to.

Old and not well maintained”
The building is very old and is not well maintained. The rooms are dark and depressing. There is no hot spring water in the bathroom and the furnishings are old and unpleasant. The hot spring pool is nice but there is really nothing else to do there.

we love our stay as usual but.....”
Booked with my family,3kids (8,4 and 1) We've been here for the nth times,obviously we love the place. This is our family's first love hotel in Calamba. We just love everything. It is safe and cozy place not too crowded nor noisy. We love our room with indoor pool. The public pool of course since it's hotspring. Service is superb.We also love the restaurant which they place mini play pen, where kids can play while we r eating. Hope they can improve on that though, it is a great plus if they can put more toys there. Just a little bit disappointed with their food since we almost order the same dishes so we memorized the taste of it. We love the old cook,bring him/her back..Lol. seriously, taste of food isnt that tasty as before that's why we realized that its pricey Which nver bother us before. So, price should be parallel to the Taste. for now i only give 4. :)

We had a good stay here and very relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, love swimming at the hot spring and they have a nice bath tub. We went here to celebrate our 2nd yr wedding anniversary. If you want a relaxing and quiet place, this resort is perfect for you. They also have hospitable staffs and delicious foods.

Great hotel with nice amenities”
Rate was reasonably priced. We love the jacuzzi and the hot swimming pools. Bed was comfortable. Will consider staying here if we visit Laguna anytime soon.
