One of the best hotels I have stayed in! Fabulous service, great room and staff, great location, everyone was so great and welcoming! Specially the guest service Abdullah was very welcoming and attentive. He was always there to assist us navigating through Dubai and even took us down the hill to grab food on the golf cart. Booking an executive room is a must, the daily reception with small bites was an added plus not to mention happy hour is from 6-9pm. Purity Yvette in the hospitality suite was awesome, both ladies were very attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is also clean and temperature-controlled. I would rate my stay 10/10 and i would definitely come back again and again! I highly recommend staying in the hotel Trip typeFamily · Friends

The hotel was great in terms of location and cleanliness and staff. We rented a car so when we put the hotel name on gps from the airport it took us to some other place. The hotel needs to update their google maps location. Wasted 1 hr finding the hotel and making the right exit. Overall great experience apart from that incident.

Nice but bit outdated hotel in good location near Dubai Mall, which is accessible by the pool. Hotel has good breakfast and swimming pool.
