Highly recommend Cove, from the minute of walking through the doors I knew I had chosen well. Reception staff I can’t rate them high enough, some of the most friendliest, helpful people I have come across at check in and again at checkout. Location spot on, walking distance from Piccadilly train station, bars, restaurants and shops. If you want to go further afield the tram stop is a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a two bed apartment and I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting it to look like it did on the photos, always a bit dubious especially for the price we payed. Honestly for me it exceeded the photos and had everything you would need and more. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lovely big beds, good quality bedding and nice fluffy towels. Great place with a very good vibe and when I’m back in Manchester would love to stay here again.

I love SACO and the staff. I stay here very often and am very familiar with all the staff, who are absolutely amazing. The apartments are just so gorgeous and clean and very well equipped for both long and short stays. The cleaning staff do a very good job! The location is more or less in town so everything is literally at your doorstep and the price for the apartments are great! Definitely worth it. This is the only place I look to stay at whenever I come to stay at the city. Best apartments in Manchester City Center for sure!!! : )

After having travelled to Manchester for a conference and a bit of a holiday, I would certainly recommend Cove Minshull Street. Everything important is within walking distance, the rooms are clean and extremely comfortable, the water stays hot with perfect water pressure, and the staff are amazing. Our particular thanks go to Jack and Michelle who were always ready for a chat and a smile - you made us feel so welcome.

Love my stay here. Very clean and big apartment. Well maintained. Staff is helpful too. Walkable to the shopping arcade 8 minutes good walk. If u drive they have parking lots at gbp15 per night. They should allow us to park for free since we stay over the apartment. Otherwise a great place to enjoy the holidays

We had a wonderful stay at Cove Minshull Street as a group of three adults staying in a two-bed apartment. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and the facilities in the building were excellent, as were the staff. The location was very central and perfect for our needs.

Very central location, lovely apartments very clean and modern. staff go out their way to look after you, jack was amazing offering us coffees/ drinks on arrival as our room wasn’t ready and just generally friendly and welcoming, Advised us how to get to etihad stadium to see Ed Sheeran can’t wait to return to cove and try apartments in other cities.

I booked an apartment at Cove Minshull Street for myself and 3 friends. It seemed great value for a Saturday night in Manchester. I was a bit worried when I was told a week before the stay that the booking could not be accommodated, however, there was nothing to worry about as they found us alternative accommodation at one of their sister properties a few minutes away (at no extra cost or inconvenience). The place we ended up staying at was really nice and I would definitely book again.

This is one of the best accommodations I have found. The location is central to all you need, the apartment is spacious, beds super comfy great sheets ! Hit shower with lovely toiletries. Tea and coffee for the morning ! Honestly nothing left out ! Books in the living area too ! Fabulous friendly staff too, shout out to the front reception jack and his colleagues friendly and welcoming. Thank you will definitely be back :) !!!!!

Very comfortable stay in a really nice sized apartment with lots of facilities including a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Everywhere was spotless - the bathroom could have done with a bit of updating but it was very clean and tidy. The staff were fantastic - Michelle and Jamie in particular could not have been more attentive and helpful. They are a real credit to SACO and made it a very enjoyable time there.
