Excellent Customer Service”
Good Food.. Nice Rooms.. Excellent customer service. We stayed at one of the club rooms and it did not disappoint. Club room guests have access to the club lounge. This lounge provide unlimited snacks and drinks from 2pm-4pm i think. Snacks and drinks include sandwiches, macaroons, cookies, juices, softdrinks among others. The lounge also provide drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and food (which includes crablets, beef, chicken, etc) from 6pm-9pm. The food is great that you wont even need to go out and dine at other restos. Best of all, its free! My daughter had a minor cut on her foot and staff gave us what we need. The night we stayed there, i called the front desk to borrow a thermometer since my daughter had a fever. The staff who brought us the thermometer and asked me some questions on how they can help us. Then the hotel called to ask us if we need an ambulance so i can take my kid to the hospital. Also, they sent a huge bowl of hot soup filled with veggies and meat!

Quality time with Family”
Loved the few days spent here with my family. The staff provided excellent service especially the lady at the reception area in the evening who was very professional and patient even though it seems like the end of her shift. Good options for breakfast, clean rooms, heater in the shower was great and view of the man-made lake in the windows were exactly the relaxation I needed after 2 years of being away from home. Thank you to all the staff. You are all amazing in different ways.

The hotel room is very clean, comfortable, spacious，and new! Hotel staff are very polite and friendly! Breakfast have varieties of choices from cakes, bread, rice, pasta, eggs, meats, salads, yogurts, and also varieties of juices and hot beverages!!! There are gym room and swimming pool available to use for free! The Spa also available with charge! Shopping malls and parks are near by walking distance! Will definitely recommend this hotel again!

Two Consecutive Years for the New Year.”
This is the 2nd time me & my son stayed here to welcome the new year. Food & room was great as always. We usually get the Premier one. Just wanted to let you guys know that we missed your lovely Christmas Tree & that the dream catcher theme is fit for the beach/summer. Hope you always have a tree or lanterns to fit the occasion so we can snap pretty photos. Lastly, 12nn is checking out for everyone. Pls adjust the Valet Parkers break time as majority of us that checked out got our cars by ourselves. Good thing it wasn’t raining or else, complaints will come pouring as well. Hope you’ll find my insights helpful for your business since a new wing is about to emerge soon. All the best!

Seda One More Time”
I have been a frequent customer of Seda in Nuvali, Laguna. I must say that it has satisfied my needs and meet my expectations with Seda as a service provider. It has given me , my family and friends the comfort that we needle during our stay cations and scheduled hiatus from our busy corporate and school work. The swimming pool provides so much relaxation to us specially to the kids since water is clean and sanitized regularly. Will always go back to Seda at any given time.

Great for staycations”
We loved our stay in Seda Nuvali. Location is superb, we just walked going to Solenad 1 for the boat ride and fish feeding. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had an issue with the leaking bidet and the bathroom floor got flooded but they immediately sent a technician to fix it and housekeeping staff to clean up the floor. We will definitely stay here again.

2nd hotel stay after pandemic - wonderful stay.”
I have not been to the SEDA since the pandemic. Because of the warm memories I have had here, I decided to bring my family over. First the things that I did not like. The hot water takes quite a while to heat up, some of the decor is a bit dated, Facilities like club room still is not available and there is no air conditioning in the exercise room. I was told that most of this will be resolved as there are maintenance issues that need to be done. On to the positives, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel but staff training is top notch. You can tell straight away that the staff has been trained on how to behave and maintain a level of professionalism, the room was clean, the view of the lake is stunning. The breakfast is well done. Small but it ticks all the right boxes. There is a pool area and GYM. I love the walking paths around the hotel and the restaurants are relatively easy to get to. There is good value in staying in SEDA. Probably the best hotel in this area.

Great Staycation Place”
Our family’s fave staycation getaway. I love the hotel’s cleanliness and courteous staff. Their lakeview rooms are the best, with beautiful scenery of the lush greenery, parks,’ mall and mountains. Great pool for kids and adults... beddings are so comfy.... Stayed here twice and will definitely be back again

Worth it!”
Got the room at a lower rate considering it's just 2 weeks before our staycation. I like the neighborhood because it's just a walk away from restos and parks. This is the first time will be away from home this pandemic and I must say that it's really safe. Kids are allowed only at Seda vicinity and open area outside. There's also a schedule for pool use. 12 max per 45-min slot. better book it once checkin in. I love that they also allowed us to check in at 12nn. Thank you also for making my husband feel special with your special cake when we dined in at Misto and one delivered in our room.. Thank you and more power!

Best New Year Eve at Seda”
Despite the pandemic, my stay at Seda Hotel was great!, The staff are very friendly and courteous. The place is clean. When I left my jug of water, their staff kept it and when I called immediately responded to inform me that it was at the front desk. Kudos to their honesty too. I will definitely book again

Memorable stay celebrating the 4th birthday of our daughter”
We are a family of four and stayed here for our youngest daughter's birthday. When we arrived we ate lunch at their restaurant Misto. Our check in was so smooth and the staff welcomed us with a big smile. One of the guards even went to us to help us with our luggage. The food was great and they even gave us a complementary dessert as gift to our daughter. The proximity of Ayala Mall Solenad is a big factor in choosing this hotel. Overall our experience was really great. We will definitely comeback.

Best Service at a very affordable price”
If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Laguna or Tagaytay, this is your best choice. Really affordable, rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is awesome as well! A few minutes walk to Solenad as well, so you can have dinner or a quick coffee run.

My 2nd time here at Seda Nuvali. I like to stay in this hotel because of its location and very accommodating Staff. The swimming pool is great, clean and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast food is good so many choices. I will visit this hotel again. Thank you.

Really pleased w our stay here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, but still professional. Food in the included buffet tasted great but choices were limited unlike their counterpart in Vertis North. But rates were cheaper anyway so still great value for money. Free parking and distance to establishments were great perks. We especially enjoyed the pools as there were 2 + a separate area for kids so even during peak hours, it wasn't too crowded.

This hotel is class! Highly recommend. Rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff are so courteous and welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. If we are ever coming back to this area in the future, this will definitely be the hotel we will be staying at.

I’ve stayed here a lot”
This is my go to hotel. It’s close to Manila but still out of town. Pool is great, very close to Nuvali so a lot of restaurants to choose from. Beautiful view of the lake on one side, and if you’re unlucky then the parking lot haha. The food is also pretty cheap but the ala carte menu has big servings. Definitely will be back and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, and cheap getaway from the city.

Very nice hotel the staff are so friendly, the place is clean and near restaurants of Nuvali that gives easy access to different choices of food, but if you want to stay inside to eat the food is excellent as well!

First things first, strictly implemented the safety and health protocols, the room is excellent, clean as always, breakfast though its not the usual in the restaurant, its eas thr best, staff are ver friendly and accommodating, celebrated my bday again and wil be for next year... Thank you

The friendliest staff!”
Enjoyed our stay for our wedding preps at Seda Nuvali. All the staff were friendly. And since we had our wedding preps here they made sure that our rooms were near each other. Booked 6 rooms for my family. The housekeeping staff were also commendable. Would definitely stay here again just to relax by the poolside and enjoy the view.
