The place was nice with its own gate so no passersby. It was quiet with a nice space with table and chairs in front of the room. The staff were very friendly. It was only a room though to stay/sleep with no other provisions or amenities other than the nice breakfast brought to you.

Affordable Family Vacation Resort”

Our family of 4A/5K booked 3 Single Rooms with Breakfast for 3D/2N on a peak weekend. The resort is 20 minutes away by tricycle from Balatero Port. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. There are no security guards. The rooms were small but air conditioned. The 4-inch foam double bed is soft enough although the linen and pillows were quite old. Our room had a 32 inch TV with plenty of cable channels to choose from. However, we were provided only with a very small bar of soap and 3 small sachets of shampoo, and the 2 towels were quite old and thin. There was no toilet paper or bottled water provided. There is no ref, no safety deposit box. The bathroom has hot and cold shower, and the toilet has a bidet. The breakfast is -silog style but with ample choices. The pool is clean but no lifeguard on duty. Location is great - near the beach, restaurants and activities but far from the noise. This resort is great for families on a budget.

Amazing Getaway”

The place, people and the food were all good. So near the white beach. Its away from the noise of the night life. The place is relaxing and so quiet. Perfect for family who just wanted to relax. Room is simple yet clean. The breakfast will be set outside the room on the time you requested. They habe breakfast choices which will be asked durinh check in. Overall, it was a great staycation!!!

Nice hotel ”

I was really happy with the size of my room, it could actually fit 3 people. My bed was nice and my night sleep was good. I liked that the room had a closet, dresser and warm water. The toilet made a funny sound, so I think they need to check that, but the shower was great with warm water. Location is just steps away from the beach and tricycles are easily accessible. Breakfast was okay, I kind of wish they sold basic drinks like bottled water, beer and juices inside the resort, since we had to buy these drinks outside. Staff are also very nice and helpful. Overall, I would go back here and book again.

Not worth it (will not recommend)”

Facilities were not properly maintained. For instance our window cannot be locked - there's no lock. A person can go in our room using the window and attack us or steal our things. There's only two electric sockets available BUT both are dangerous to use because they are not aligned with the case. The faucet is not working as well. The closets have broken doors. We have raised a concern regarding the unlockable window but all they said was that they cannot transfer us to another room because they are fully booked AND there is a guard roaming around routinely anyway which does not make any sense because anything can happen before the guard will be able to respond. They should be implementing and focusing on preventive security rather than corrective security. It's like our safety is not a priority to them. Our door is broken as well as there is a gap at the center of it (only covered by a masking tape).

great getaway”

i love the place. very good deal, near to the beach. staffs were friendly , approachable and helpful. perfect location. compare to other resorts place was very cozy, quiet, gives guest space. by space i mean resort has its own place where guest can stay, sit or walk around. also, they have a pool of its own where you can swim anytime when you get tired if swimming in the ocean and just chill. food is good too. owner is very nice too. would choose stay stay here again for the next trip. thank you

Best Place to Stay in White Beach, Puerto Galera”

Value for money Room rate includes breakfast that the staff will serve at your preferred time that you can have al fresco, with a view of the swimming pool . Guests need not look for beach activities themselves as the staff will be the one to book them upon request, the price is the same or even lower than what is being offered to tourists in the main beach. Location It is a short 2-minute walk from the main beach, so guests get to have some privacy and quiet time away from the large White Beach crowd. Cleanliness Sheets smell of laundry soap and the room and bathroom were spotless when we checked-in. We were not allowed to check-in early or check-out late which is the reason for these. Staff Everyone was corteous and accommodating. Facilities The resort is a 2-star hotel so don’t expect 5-star hotel amenities. With that said, I believe the resort is one of the few in the White Beach area with a swimming pool.

Great lovation to stay, Very close to the beach area. The receptionist who assist us was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast served was delicious. The room was clean and spacious . Our children enjoys the swimming pool. Overall stay was great. The only downside was poor WIFI signal.

Amazing friendly & accomidating staff! Very clean! Breakfast served on the patio when you want it! Very quiet...away from the beach behind another property. Nicer than other property I stayed at in White Beach. I would stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel together with my family. I was disappointed because our room smells like damped towel and it seems like they didn’t change the bed sheets as it was full of sands. I complained they moved us in better room. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating though

Breakfast will be serve on time. We requested for a Family Room pool view and they give it. They added Additional Bed without additional Cost. Just a minor improvement with the paint of Resort and it will be a perfect Selfie for all Over all we enjoyed our Stay in Simons. Kids will surely enjoy coz they have Pool.

Pros: 1.) Awesome location, 5 minutes walk to white beach. 2.) FREE Breakfast. (It's great by the way especially TAPSILOG) server staff is very kind to us kudos to him. Cons: 1.) 2.3k per night for 2 persons. 2.) Receptionist is like talking to her friend, while attending my concern she's looking at her phone and not communicating directly eye to eye. What kind of etiquette is that for customer service? Overall it's average. On a scale of 1 to 10 perhaps = 5 I know what I'm saying. You judge.

their place is clean, quiet, has strong water pressure, good breakfast. as i said, all is well except for the series of blackouts which is common in islands. although they have a generator, but everytime the electricity went out and the generator kicks in, the aircon in our unit wasnt able to automatically turn on and the staff has to manually operate it. we have to go down the reception area numerous times even in wee hours, and it is so frustrating. i have no idea if that works for all their rooms, or its just in room 11. also, not once we were able to connect in their wifi.

Toilet drainpipes in the room were blocked that made us hard to flush the bowel completely. Staffs were friendly. 2 minute- walking distance to White Beach. The location was really awesome. The Wifi was pretty much useless. Breakfast was big and tasty.

Poor Customer Service”

The Management needs a lot of training on how to handle customers. She has to learn how to speak with the customer in a calm manner. The hotel is old but fair enough for back packers. We booked 5 family rooms and politely requested for a few towels coz we have 22 adult in our family and 2 kids but they only provided 2 towels in each rooms. They said the hotel is only 2 stars and we should not expect more than what we paid in Agoda. Coz our booking is already discounted. We totally understand that they have satandards and policies to follow but the way they handled our concern really ruined our vacation in Puerto Galera. They could have handled it well. No apologies heard from her. I’ve been In the customers service industry for the past 9 years and was trained a lot about handling customers and complaints and I know that the way she handled our simple concern is something that is not acceptable, and really brought frustration to our stay in Simon Heritage.

Bad trip”

1. Old facilities: the main door almost broken, so much noisy when opening and closing. 2. Many noise in late night and early morning from the kids. We was unable to get good sleep those days. 3. There is no ref in the room, water is stuck sometimes. 4. Receptionist is kind of impolite, she pointed at customers while talking. We booked for 3 nights but just out after 2nd night with all uncomfortable reasons.

Although the hotel is just a 2-star hotel it was highly compensated on how efficient and helpful their staff are. From reception up unto the maintenance people. I also appreciate their in-house pool!

Great location and friendly staff”

We had a great time in Puerto Galera. The place was good for a group. We booked 2 rooms, 3 people in each room. It was very accessible to the white beach parties. The staff were friendly, and there is a per hour extension fee option. In case you want to extend your stay. Excellent service!
