Place is safe, it is located inside the subdivision (w/ guard) Pros - safe, rooms were fine, water on the pool (not dat hot, kids enjoyed), caretaker was very helpful, friendly & accommodating. Cons - very dim lights, add some cooking utensils, need to rent the water dispenser, pool water must be clean, aircon must be bigger to make it cooler

Good place for group gatherings. The venue was peaceful and intimate. Rooms were fine, too. Things to improve on are: Lights (very dim) LOL Cooking utensils should have been provided Water dispenser (there was none)

Good enough place for big group”
It's located in a good, safe area within a gated subdivision in Los Banos with Max's at the corner along the highway. Place is still quite new. The caretaker is kind an accommodating. The double-decker beds are comfortable for 15 people. The lighting could have been improved by making them brighter. The pool water could have been clearer without some moss at the sides. The aircon in the rooms could have been bigger to make the room cooler.

The resort was so good. Just for the pool was quite that small for a group. Much better if they have blankets for the rooms also a towels in each bathrooms. The place was quiet enough good for bonding and all. Thumbs up! Till next time. Thank you

It was a fun night.. The resort was huge and good for families and big group gatherings.. The caretaker was very helpful..

The resort is clean & spacious.Great for families with kids. It could have been better if they use brighter lights. Rooms too dim esp bathroom. We should have been informed that no blankets will be provided.
