ok laposizione e' molto piacevole se si vuole evadere dal traffico cittadino,ma lontano da spiagge e cibo civilmente mangiabile,l'albergo non e' dotato di ristorante,sennonche' di un mini bar multiservizio ma ma formiche da tutte le parti,il cibo e' scaduto,carne putrefatta,da fame,per un turista italiano o straniero,cibo prettamente filippino,ma putrefatto,costretto alla fame o a mangiare in qualche baracca giu' poco distante,ma attenzione all'igiene,che li non e' ancora passata.a dimenticavo che neanche l'acqua calda.

Nice & clean accommodations near the ferry port.”

We stayed here for two nights on a spontaneous 2-night trip from Manila. The hotel is on the top of a hill, close to the PG's Muelle Ferry Port. They have a free Jeepney shuttle to/from the port area, however it was unavailable for our 7pm arrival, but we were able to use it on the return leg 2 days later. Our room was the "Thailand" room, and was clean and spacious. There's a nice hilltop view from the lobby-area patio and a clean & warm pool, on a lower level. The staff were kind and courteous as well as helpful when trying to procure transportation to/from White Beach. Finding a Trike/Tricycle during daylight hours was fairly easy, if you're willing to walk a few minutes from the hotel, to the main road. Also a fairly short walk from the hotel was Sand Bar Beach, which is essentially a large sand bar with a restaurant along a small beach. Overall, I'd recommend this property if you're looking for a peaceful place, not too far busy White Beach & close to the main ferry port.

On short notice I ended up staying another night solo. I had time to visit the beach and explore the yacht club down the street. Staff took care of me and helped arrange transportation to get around later in the day. Another great room. Just like having a private estate.

REFRESHING SCENERY”

I love the place personally although the con part is, too far from Sabang and no restaurants nearby so we need to take tricycle (Php50/ head) with additional Php 100 because they fetch us in our hotel. So, we are 3 in one tricycle plus Php 100 so total would be 250 x 2 way = Pho 500'which is not practical. But nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay since we are the onky guest that day.

Excepțional”

The Manor provided excellent service and made our stay, memorable. The staff were helpful and friendly and were there to cater for your every need. Chuck the manager was informative and had an extensive knowledge of the area to share. The breakfast provided a variety and the fruit salad was delicious. The tricycle from the ferry is short so you can walk to The Manor in 10 minutes. There is lots to do in this area if you choose to. There are several beaches to choose from and shopping is only a 10 minute walk or a short tricycle ride for 20-30PHP. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and a great coffee shop (Robbies) in town. The restaurant at The Manor had great food at a reasonable price and great service.

Excellent stay”

We had a very wonderful stay at the Manor. We had the Filipino room which is elegantly furnished and undoubtedly have a 5 star interior. Our view is the mountain range, which is a very relaxing sight to see every morning. The neighbor is very quiet and calm. The location is not so bad and just a walking distance to the town proper. If you want to go to the beaches, you may ride a tricycle but make sure to ask someone for the right fares so that the tricycle drivers won't rip off your cash. Overall we had a very nice stay. The hotel staff are very cheerful, accommodating and willing to help in any possible way. Kudos to Chuck, Alvin and the reception ladies (sorry, was not able to note your names). They made our stay extraordinary. The only problem we had is the water supply on our first day, which is due to the strong rain. Thanks to Alvin for helping us urgently fix the issue. I would definitely be back here!

Great value big room”

Really nice place nice pool big clean rooms. Down side it has a lot of steps rooms down to the restaurant is 60 steps. Yes I counted. Breakfast was ok but not great. The restaurant is just starting up but when we were there pasta was the only in house meal cooked the rest was brought in from outside !!!! Yes I would stay there again

Excellent hotel”

This is a great hotel with great facilities. It is located within a few meters of the best Private club on the Island the Puerto Galleria Yacht Club which welcomes guests. The club has yacht charter and small boats for hire. A graet place for a family holiday or just relaxing.

Super satisfied but...”

We stayed for 2 nights here and our over-all experience was very good. The hotel almost have everything you need: Very nice room, beautiful instagram worthy view, excellent infinity pool, nice free breakfast, spacious space where you can spend your time resting or reading books, and excellent staffs to assist you in your needs. The hotel policies are very cool where you are allowed to bring foods and use their utensils for free. You may even request to reheat your food in their microwave. They may also lend extra shuttle service at you but on limited places only. E.g. hotel to port muelle. And the place is very private and not crowded. You have the hotel ambiance with the somehow homey feeling. The only con is its location, as it is not a beachfront hotel. You have to walk through a rough road for about 5-10mins. Moreover, the beach is not that suitable for swimming. BUT on the positive side, there are hired boat services there going through various island hopping and snorkeling activities at a cheaper price. :) Tip: From Muelle Port, it is just a 5min tricycle ride for P50 (good for 2) Dont be fooled by tricycle drivers offering you P150/ ride. You can even ride the trike for only P10 and just walk going up the cemented road leading to the hotel. Also, there's a yummy italian restaurant near the port. :)

Very nice hotel with superb view”

Very nice hotel with nice interior and superb view. We stayed at my husband birthday (I am his wife), they arranged nice dinner which I appreciated. Boat access via yacht club is also nice. You have to walk on the slope though. If you are fit you don't care too much. (Also you can catch tricycle way around). Staff were accommodating and nice friendly. (As many of Filipino people) I liked the very quiet environment too. I do recommend this hotel. Only one pity thing for us was the pool water which was too hot with the sun.

Family friendly hotel with fantastic service”

Upon our arrival we were treated like family. Immediately upgraded to better room close to pool. Great pool, scenic views, tasty selection of breakfasts. Fast internet. Hotel on a ridge with lovely views of the water in several directions. Convenient location halfway between Sabang and White Beach (100 peso tricycle ride to each (both about 5 km away) or 20 peso by jeepney to Sabang). But so peaceful and homely.

Great getaway from Manila!”

I want to write that the Manor really blew me away. The rooms are lovely. The family room i stayed in was really nice, it had everything that i needed. Queen sized bed and a living room area, probably comparable to the suite in the holiday inn i'm staying now at the los angelas. I've stay at the Capella,a 6 star hotel in singapore,sentosa and it seemed like a simpler version of that. The thing that would most set them apart from others is the personal touch stemming from the manager Ems flowing down to all the staff. I was with my wife and 7 month old kid, all the staff wouldnt hesitant to carry or play with our son and they were always very friendly. It felt like they were really genuinely there for you and not just out for a quick tip. It doesnt matter if you ate at their restaurant or not, though i'll highly recommend their breakfast is awesome and dinner too, they'll still treat you like a guest and respect what decisions u make. The hotel seems full during this period and yet the manager and front desk are always stationed at their front desk so that u can contact them if you need anything. Best thing is they dont make you wait around for nothing and they seem to be able to manage their guests well. It's not that far from manila and ms Em will write to you to ask if you need assistance before you arrive. The best thing is the people there really seem like they are nice cos they like having you around so it's really a nice feeling. They would really welcome you and yes the locals are nice as well. Laid back and friendly. The pool was so clean and warm that my 7 month infant actually played in it for an hour. The view as many before me have said is breathtaking. They even arranged an island hopping trip for us which u paid directly to the boat man and not to them. All in all, if you want a place that you can live in relative comfort with all the luxuries like cable tv, flat screens and wifi and yet near to the beach, stay here.

in order to honor the agoda booking where they had oversold thier rooms, the presidential suite was provided. the hotel has amazing views of the area from the hilltop location and is itself very authentic in its design and many artistic expressions. we were greeted humbly yet freindly and relaxed. the host em allows nothing of her guests needs to escape her. dont think about staying here, just do it.

The place to stay ”

We were upgraded by the friendly lady Em, to a deluxe room that had views out of the 2 balconies of different bays and mountains that is one of the best in this world. The common areas include flash loune and kitchen and art rooms and you feel like u have it all to yourself.. There's a free boat service into town from below at the yacht club. We rented a xr200 cc motorcycle to get around from pitstop rentals..awesome roads and mountain tracks everywhere.. The staff are cool , and Emma is your man. She will make you fell like the king.

My family enjoyed the room, pool, and breakfast. The location and view was great. We will come back again. I really enjoyed the cheeseburger for lunch. Friendly staff and good value for the price. Easy to book online.

Fantastic place to stay in Puerto Galera”

Thank you all at the Manor at Puerto Galera for such a wonderful stay! The resort is top notch in terms of service location and value for the dollar. Very clean and a friendly staff made our stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this resort for those looking for a nice quiet escape from the noise of the beach resorts, yet very conveniently located within a few minutes walk of sand beaches and a short tricycle ride to town and other main attractions. The room we stayed in "the Indonesian suite" was very clean and comfortable with a good sense of space and a wonderful view of both the mountains and ocean. We also enjoyed swimming in the well maintained pool and having breakfast at the open air kitchen.

Not a 5 star hotel!”

I dont know if its just the same hotel and/or owned by the same company in Baguio since the service and facilites were very diffrent. Maya't-maya namamatay ilaw na super nagpatagal sa pagluluto dahil isa lang gumagana, sirang kalan, screen door nalalaglag din.. Sobrang dami ng oras na nasayang sa vacation namin.. I do not recommend this to family or group. Maybe sa couple pwede na. The receptionists as well are unprofessional, parang taga kanto makipagusap and manamit pero mababait naman, 5 star hotel daw. Hayy.. Very disappointed.

A wonderful quiet and peaceful Place to stay for a longer Time. A Yachtclub is beside where You can have a good Dinner too, all very familiar. Next Beach seems to be private as there is a fence around and a diving Resort. By foot around 7 minutes away. The water is very warm like in the Pool of the Hotel, where you stay in for hours. If You like it more crowded and loud Music, you can order a Tricycle for a Ride to the WHITE Beach. After the Sunset there are very nice Fireshows at the Beach. I love this Area and would like to return !

Anniversary celebration”

The location is absolutely amazing, we stayed on the second floor in the Indonesian room and it had a really nice view of the sunset with the bay and forest. The staff was really pleasant and welcoming. They had made it really special for us as well, I had informed them that it was a our anniversary and they had went out of their way of putting a picture of us in a frame and fully decorating the room with fresh flowers. Picture they requested it from me and my wife was surprised as she thought the package was just for the room and that she thought we would missed out on having it special with decoration and stuff, but the staff was able to go beyond and accommodate and made it special for us. We did had issues of power outage but that was because of engineers fixing some power line across the island. But that gave us the chance of seeing a star lit night sky. Another issue we had was with the water pressure and heater but it was resolve and a timely manor and was pleased at the end.

Beautiful views and friendly staff. Great place for couples to stay on their visit to Peurto Galera. Slightly out of the way of the popular Sabang and White beach but easily accessible via local transportation.
