we arrived 10pm. entrance was a bit sketchy, good thing we asked the mini grocery, entrance is through the grocery lol room is clean however it is not a quiet area as there was a bus terminal across the road and our room was beside a highway. shower needs fixing i wasnt able to shower properly and the water tasted like rust.. overall still good for its price. there's a 2 or 3 min. walk to a Jollibee/Mcdo and Mercury store open 24/7 so thats convenient although you have the said mini grocery downstairs as well.
