We enjoyed your location..included comfortable clean accomations,shuttle from the airport and the cruise port,in house restaurant,gift shop, and break feast was very fulfilling..the grounds are very well kept ...and the checking was fast..beautiful...kudos to your location

Great start to our holiday ”
We stayed for one night before our cruise and it was an excellent service. The captain at breakfast was so entertaining and helped build the atmosphere before our cruise. Would stay again before our next cruise!!

Highly recommend for cruusers”
You can’t beat free shuttle service From the airport in the next day to the cruise port. We did pay five dollars extra pp to have the later shuttle to avoid the crowd .But they let you stay in the room later which was a bonus.

VERY GOOD FOR WHEN WE LEFT THE CRUISE AND OVERNIGHT, ABLE TO PAY A LITTLE EXTRA TO CHECK IN A ROOM MID MORNING, LEAVING US FREE TO ENJOY THE FACILITIES, ie POOL, GARDENS, BAR & RESTAURANT. A RELAXING STAY BEFORE FLIGHT NEXT DAY. VERY WELL ORGANISED SHUTTLE SYSTEM WITH ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR CRUISE PORT & AIRPORT. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

The hotel was a perfect location for those traveling to the Fort Lauderdale airport and or cruise port. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again

We stayed here precruise. The rooms were good and the area was close to the cruise port. Plus they offered a shuttle to the cruise terminal. The bar & grill connected to the hotel was very good, we ate there 2 times and the food and drinks were really good.

If I did not get the deal I got for the room I would not of stayed at this hotel. It is at a great location but staff and cleanliness is just Ok. Yes I would stay at this hotel again if the price is right.

One night before our cruise.”
We arrived around 11 am and were told we could not register until 3 pm or register then but they would upgrade us to a more expensive room for an up-charge. It would have been much better if they registered us, and they didn't need to give us a room or key. We stored our luggage in a locked room which was nice. It was not very convenient to stores, fast food places or the beach. There was a huge crowd watching a rugby game on every TV they had and it was very difficult to try and get any food there. We took a taxi to an area with shops and food. Returned latter by bus to the hotel around 2 pm. They were registering people but again they said we couldn't register. I asked why, and was told 2:30. I don't know if this was because we used Agoda travel instead of Rodeway to get the room. I will not use Agoda again...We waited around in the middle of the huge crowd and finally were told we could register and get a room. We picked up our bags, went to the room. Our last bit of problem came at 4:15 the next morning when the alarm clock radio next door started playing very loudly. We called the front desk and they said there was noone next to us. We called again to ask someone to come up. A half hour later, it was finally turned off by the people in the room next door. We got very little sleep and will NEVER stay in Ft Lauderdale with them again...

We only stayed one night on our way to another location. It was fine for our purposes. The buffet breakfast was very good. Was surprised to find the shuttle is not always available to go to airport, as when they are serving the cruise ships. But it worked out that the shuttle could take us at the needed time anyway.

Feel Bad For The Employees”
This review is not by any means, a slam on the employees. They all try hard to work with what they've got and what they have to deal with. I'm from the West Coast & I am just appalled at how people behave on the East Coast. Rude, obviously haven't been taught to say Please & Thank You or even how to Tip! I'm aware that not all are like that, but I came across too many that are just flat-out rude. The Hotel is what it is. A basic place to stay before or after a Cruise. The Staff is great & the accommodations are ok. And please folks, say Please & Thank You! You might find it goes a long way!

The accommodation was ok, however, the communication between departments needs to addressed. Was booked to check out at 11:00 am on Wednesday morning but extended my stay until Friday ,this was done from Tuesday night. At 10:00 am Wednesday morning (one hour before check out) housekeeping came asking what time I was leaving, told him Friday as I had extended my stay. At 11:00 am he came asking the same question, this time I told him to check with the front desk. Between 11:30 am - 2:00 pm this person came back FIVE TIMES, even calling the extension in the room asking when am I going to leave. At 2:30 pm, while trying to get some rest, I heard a knock on the door, when I opened it, there stood the man asking if I am not leaving, I simply SLAMMED the door in his face and called the front desk, the explanation given was that " housekeeping was outsourced and there wasn't much that could be done. REALLY!!!!! By the way THERE WAS NO LANGUAGE BARRIER. HE UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH.

disappointing”
stayed at your hotel/motel for 1 night after a cruise. The shuttle driver was the best part, prompt and courteous, it went downhill from there. Room was clean and acceptable. unfortunately the toilet did not work and overflowed, and the shower and sink had slow draining issues.
