    Relaxing, welcoming and enjoyable place to stay on our way to Skye.”

    Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent evening meals, especially the Indian food with great service. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms that were tastefully decorated to create the atmosphere of a Manor House. Met some really nice people too.
    It wasn’t made clear that you could have anything you wanted for breakfast. We chose a cooked Scottish breakfast and a pastry with tea and toast which seemed expensive at £15.95 per person but realising you could have had one of everything available on the menu then that’s a fair price. Wouldn’t stop me from giving a 10 rating as everything else made up for it.

    Gem of a find! Clean Comfy rooms, great food & lovely staff”

    Had obviously had a recent refurb; very tastefully done maintaining lots of character of the old building. Exceptionally clean rooms with lovely quality linen, towels & toiletries. Indian food in the restaurant was a lovely surprise and was EXCELLENT we ate in both nights as the food was so good. Great breakfast too. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return one day. THANK YOU ALL FOR AN EXCELLENT STAY.

    Our second stay here didn’t disappoint!”

    We first discovered Rokeby in 2020 and were very keen to return, so this was our second stay here. We had exactly the same room as the previous year due to us taking our dog along, but the room was glorious - very large comfortable bed, huge tv, underfloor heating in the bathroom! The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. When I requested eggs in the morning at breakfast they even made them into a smiley face!
    Drinks are on the more expensive side and if you order a normal tonic with gin you only get a 125ml bottle not a 250ml bottle.. but this is neither here nor there and wouldn’t prevent me from staying at Rokeby again in the future by any means.

    A fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, excellent food and a stylish room.”

    We had an excellent stay here - the hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and stylish. Our room was lovely - very big and nicely decorated. The food was excellent each evening and we enjoyed eating at the hotel after a busy day out and about. Rokeby Manor is the perfect location for easy to access to Fort William but without staying near the busy town. The hotel also made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early to climb Ben Nevis.

    Beautiful Scottish country hotel restored and upgraded to perfection. Room comfortable, lovely touches like luxury toiletries, free WiFi, usb charge points beside bed etc. Restaurant exceptional... amazing cuisine by the Indian chefs. Chicken tikka and sag paneer highly recommended. Breakfast served promptly and was tasty. Good location close to many nearby Munros for hill walkers like me.

    a small slice of heaving in the glens of the highlands”

    this has recently been refurbished and it shows someone with great taste and style was involved. i loved all the little touches and the quality of figments was fabulous. everything from the quirky little messages about, to the detailing of the windows was just superb. no expense spared in bringing this place up to standard. a perfect place to stay for rest and relaxation. the menu is mainly Indian but there are Scottish classics too. i think the chef is very talented so chose the obvious Indian option and wasn’t disappointed. nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were very helpful and. genuinely friendly and lovely people.

    First class hotel”

    The staff were first class , so friendly and inviting. Our room was extremely clean, bed so comfortable , all linen and bedding first class , towels were fluffy and white.
    Breakfast was extensive. Lovely smoothies and fruit bowls. If I had any criticism of the breakfast it would be that the cooked breakfast on the buffet could be a touch warmer, but that did not spoil what we had.

    Perfect”

    Clean, comfortable, tasteful. The service was perfect- not rushed or slow. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the shower was great. Loved the addition of the local soaps. The food was an absolute highlight. To get Indian food of that quality in Invergarry was such a fantastic find. Could not fault a thing. What an amazing time.

    Lovely overnightstay in a Gem of a Hotel ,cannot wait to return and dine on the tasty Indian food”

    Everything was immaculate.It felt like a lot of thought was given to all aspects of room, furnishings and fitments, all high quality.Bathrobes and large white fluffy towels are always appreciated. Ticked a lot of my boxes ,and I am hard to please. The restaurant food(we had the Indian option)was absolutely delicious. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
    I seriously could not find anything that I did not like. If I had to be picky then for me it would be the breakfast sausage-quite a bland taste to what I am used to.

    Hidden Gem”

    Rooms were very clean, lovely decor, staff were very friendly. Food was excellent, menu is bias towards Indian food but lots of traditional options too. In a very scenic location. Beautiful views of the lochs in the area and the Highlands. Will definitely be going back.

    Highly recommend”

    Amazing place, so welcoming, lovely rooms, very comfortable. The entire staff were so welcoming towards our dog too, even offered her some sausages.
    You have to pay extra for dogs to stay, it’s £25 which is a little high, but they were so welcoming. We would stay again

    Engaging staff served with a smile; interior design; quality.
    Not a big thing at all and, the only thing I could pick on, was that the internet service was censored. Not that we were looking at adult sites (!) but simply a free-speech forum that we regularly visit wasn’t available. Still a 99.5%.
