Very Convenient”
If you happen to have a car, public parking is readily available right outside the property. This can be paid in advance online, which is very convenient. Property is clean, but they didn't clean the rooms daily. Summers can be quite hot as there is no air-conditioning, but a very large heater.

Rude morning shift lady receptionist (fat lady)”
She should learn more on how to keep up with questions from customers. You should never look straight at the eyes of a customer who was just asking you a question. Well, bad manners what can I say. Why don‘t you look at the credit card name and check who paid for it. To the other receptionists, they were extremely nice.

Plan your journey early ”
If you plan your journey early you will get a good price for a good accomodation in a very good place in London. The apartment is perfect with most daily needs facilities. Great furniture and kitchen stuff. It is quite and helpful staff. 2 things not happy with it: No daily house keeping and 200£ refundable deposit should be paid before check in which is not mentioned at time of booking. But at the end you will get your refund completely with no problems. Totally, I recommend this place.

This is a great location for staying in London. The apartment was clean but basic with comfy beds. 3 start accommodation but the location made up for it. The small kitchenette could be better equipped there were no wine glasses or saucepans, etc if you wanted to cook, which if you were staying longer you may have wanted to do. The staff were lovely and very friendly.

Jacuzzi nu functiona in intervalul mentionat si nici nu a fost remediata problema pana cand am plecat. Cartela de acces in camera era demagnetizata si desi am solicitat inlocuirea acesteia abia seara cand am ajuns inapoi la hotel (desi am facut sesizare dimineata) o fata draguta de pe tura de seara a venit sa ne deschida usa cu cheia intrucat cartela tot nu functiona. Curatenia (inclusiv inlocuirea prosoapelor) se facea doar contracost ceea ce pentru un sejur de 6 zile este inadmisibil pentru o locatie de 4 stele. Daca stiam luam cazarea cate 3 zile pe o persoana si 3 zile pentru alta persoana, macar primeam alta camera cu produse de schimb. In rest locatia este aproape de statia gloucester road si ai acces rapid spre toate obiectivele.
