the staff is too small

I only like the location and the room furniture which was very good

the room contains flies! no tea or nescafe bags with the kattle as they described in their info. the room service horrible. the most disappointing thing ever was the restaurant for the breakfast and dinner buffet. the staff are not wearing gloves. the tables weren’t prepared with the silverware. the buffet and the main plates were left for the guests to deal with as they want. no causations for Covid-19’s or any health issues. people were allowed to touch the food in the main plates with their hands which is of course not acceptable at all. from the safety and health point of view, it was horrible. kids were allowed to serve food for themselves by hands everywhere!!! Nothing from the message I received from the hotel once I booked was true!!

The food is good. The aqua park is nice. Great value for money and good stuff.

Stairs from rooms to pool & beach are long for old people. The pool height is short. The beach could have been cleaner.

it was amazing everything was perfect the food was delicious, the rooms were clean, the animation team were super friendly and the pool was clean most of the time

Well the beach was very rocky almost impossible to go thru and kind of dirty it was neglected to be honest Location of the hotel is also bad there were no near restaurants or cafes or anything and so we were stuck in the hotel for the same choices

- the beach is very bad it’s not clean with cigarettes all around the sand the beach full of rocks. - the pool is a little bit dirty - the rooms are dirty they were full of ants. when we complained they transferred us to another room that also has ants - the staff is very bad. they are not willing to help. even when they are being asked to help they don’t do what you are asking for - the foood is terrible

Food ia average and not the best to have, but dessert is good

,No WiFi available , the service at the beach , no shelter for the chaislong at the beach , the TV channels are few and no shows by night with bad animation team .

This is an honest review. I stayed for 2 days and when we went to the hotel they didn't have shampoo or any products in the bath room, but the room was nice. The buffet had nice food . The pool was nice and it wasn't deep and beach was nice. I would give it three stars because they didn't have shampoo ,towels but they brought us towels when we needed them. The aqua park had nice slides and pool was nice but you need to go wupstairs to go slide, the stairs lead to the slides.
