Exceptional”
My friend and I stayed in this resort during the last typhoon Paeng. We were stuck at the resort for 2 days due to heavy rains. Despite this, we enjoyed the resort and its facilities. We loved the buffet breakfast and other food served at the restaurant. We lingered by the pool next to the beach and watched the waves. When the rains subsided, we enjoyed watching kiteboarders and surfers. The resort crew was very attentive. There was always someone taking care of all our needs especially booking massage, tours and airport transfer. The place is not 5-star but the service is definitely 5-star. I will stay here again when I return to Siargao.

Would definitely go back”
The location is great. Pretty central, close to great restaurants, stores and even walkable going to the local market not to mention government and private clinics, and local police for processing necessary papers needed for travel, and also in case of emergency. Front beach is perfect for a chill day, as it is very calm and good for kids who just want to play. The hotel has 2 pools which are great for when you just intend to hang out all day and do nothing. Very reasonable rates for a hotel which is beachfront with a pool. Room is clean and decent. This stay came with free breakfast where selections are good. Menu food selection is good too for the price. But the gem of the hotel is very accommodating staffs, special mention to Michael, Mar and the outstanding staff Gladys, who will make sure that your stay will be the most comfortable within her capabilities. The only thing I can think of that is worth to mention would be Management should be more informed of new local travel requirements to relay to the guest, so guests wouldn't be caught off guard when they are about to leave for changes during the very challenging times where requirements for travelling keeps changing.

Romantic isnt just for couples”
We were greeted with a welcome drink & all staff were friendly/accomodating! I went here with 2 of my friends & we enjoyed the food especially Tom Yum & Calamari Tower. Facilities were great and well maintained. It would have been better though if the CR has additional deodorizer coz at times, it smells a little awful. Pool & the beach was simply amazing especially during sunrise as we do not need to go out to watch the sunrise.. We had a blast staying in Siargao & will definitely visit this place again!

Went and stayed here 3 yrs ago, satisfied enough that we stayed here again. For a beachfront hotel in siargao, this resort is already cheap. Doesnt feel cheap tho. General luna beach is not as accessible to the public due to its short shore which disappears during high tide so having a beachfront stay is a major plus. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. They have a small bar by the beach and pool although it closes early. Infinity pool is really wonderful. Our room was spacious enough that it can accommodate upto 4.

I have stayed at Romantic Villas many times. It is an excellent location right in the beach with 2 beautiful pools. Great friendly and professional staff and all rooms are clean and comfy. Always my stay at Romantic is relaxing and fun.. Keep up the super service guyz. Salamat

Reasonably priced beachfront hotel in GL”
We wanted to stay in a beachfront hotel for the view and easy access to the water especially having young kids. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The 2 pools are a great plus. Breakfast buffet has always been good too. We also enjoyed staying at their lounge area / bar fronting the beach. It was so relaxing. They have a billiard table and a dart board. Happy hour from 4-7! Would definitely recommend.

Of my 8 resort stays in the Philippines this was in the top 2. Clean, safe, comfortable. Excellent service from all staff. Owner Ester is the best!!! Good food, great bar and drinks. wonderful pool and beach. Wonderful resort doggies and, of course, Ester's cute daughter. Nothing not to like. When I win the lottry, I will buy this place.

Great Hotel on the Beach! ”
Loved this hotel. It small and it feels like a home away from home. The beach in front of the resort is clean and rock free. Lots of the beaches in Siargao are not this swimmer friendly. They also have kayaks and paddle boards free for hotel guest. The breakfast was standard, but good. Loved the pool overlooking the beach!

One of the best luxury hotels in Siargao”
I believe this is one of the best places I stayed in Siargao by far. The property is very close to the nearest restaurants and bars. It also has two pools and it's in front of the beach.

Its a beach front peppery and the staff are really awesome and caring. Food is great. You should try the chicken Ala mama. However. The internet on the island is not good. Aside that. Enjoy your trip!

Great place to stay on the beachfront”
Location is amazing, with infinitypool and straight on a perfect and clean beach. Good food in the restaurant means you don’t even need to leave the resort! The only two points of feedback I have are the slightly dated bathrooms and the lack of good mobile internet reception and decent speed wifi. If you’re working consider moving to another place after breakfast, but definitely still book here!
