A lovely warm welcome. Comfortable, well-appointed room. adjacent bathroom with exclusive use. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls etc.
I found the bed a little hard, but never sleep well on the first night in a new place.

Cosy bolt-hole close to the train station”

This cosy little bolt-hole far exceeded my expectations. As a lone female traveller, I found it safe, warm, quiet, and comfortable. David is a fantastic host. He was very kind, helpful and friendly. I wish I&#39;d had the time to chat to him more!
No breakfast is provided. The towels are a tad on the &quot;wee&quot; side.

Quiet night close to the airport”

The main reason to stay here was location, only 20 minutes from Edinburgh and on the way from Glasgow. The property exceeded expectation, nice comfortable room and large bathroom. David welcomed us nicely and introduced us to the property. Parking behind the building, shop and pub in walking distance.
The bathroom is not part of the room, it is the next door 5ft away, but only for you.

Some people may take a dislike to host coming in to room when not in to tidy up but it didn&#39;t bother me

Hospitality beyond staying as a guest. Got a free lift to town. Facilities including television satellite availability and Support with taxi bookings.
That it did not include breakfast as I had to go out to eat early enough to be able to take my medications.
