best place for your money ”
This is my 2nd time there and worth the money. Pool area is amazing, location makes everything so easy. On and off the exit to disney. The area has everything you need within a short drive or walking. Breakfast is good enough. They are renovating so ask for a new room you should be good. It's not perfect there were some hiccups staying there but for the money who cares. (Ex. Tokens needed for laundry and it was broken. Had to go to the front desk.)

Cheap is what you get”
OK so I have been at Roomba before and you get what you pay for. If you think you sre going to get a room for cheap and get a special experience you are delusional. BUT a few years back Rooma was a no frills /old decor motel BUT clean. About two years ago I stayed at Roomba and the place was obviouly becoming run down and not cleaned well at all. This applies to the outside of the place as well. Hoping for a turn around I tried it again and the room I got was SKID ROW! The filthy carpet had long tears/holes in it , the walls were filty and plaster patched and who knows when they last cleaned the area you see inside the bathroom when you close the door?! I would not suggest walking on the carpet without shoes. Plus the rooms cost more these days. Only saving grace is the bed was clean and it was comfortable.

We booked this hotel because it is a great location to the Disney World parks and it's reasonably priced or so we thought. Then they charge a property fee which ends up costing as much as a much nicer hotel. The mini fridge had hair in it and smelled terrible so we couldn't use it. There was mold in our room. Then we get in and only have one towel..... and no one answers the phone at the front desk or concierge. I went to them the next night and they didn't even move me. The only thing they did was give me more towels which I had to pick up and waived the property fee I would not recommend staying here go to the quality inn it's right behind this place.

the hotel is in good location to disneyland sometimes the room not very clean but it is very less because the bed is very good. the breakfast is very good to open the day and if you looking dinner can you find restaurants very nearly to the hotel.

Affordable, No Frills Stay near Disney”
Location was decent, approximately 15 to 20min drive from the Magic Kingdom, although there are shuttles provided by the hotel with fixed pick up times. Lots of food places and amenities within walking or 5 min drive. Affordable accommodation, no frills. Comfortable enough to get good rest. Room was slightly aged, furniture was in good condition. Distinct mouldy smell but tolerable. Overall, I would consider staying at the hotel if I was on a budget trip, if just having a comfortable room for restand decent facilities is sufficient. It's good for the price you're paying.

The place is well situated on irlo-Brunson. Close to Disney and u can walk to any restaurants. But that's where the good ends. First room had mold. Second room had ants. Management would not refund (because I tried to leave and boom somewhere clean) because I booked through agoda. I will never recommend this dirt-hole to anyone .

The room was not clean, bathroom smelled like urine and there were little black bugs near the bathroom sink and tissue holder. Also the air fragrance dispenser was overwhelming! When we asked to change rooms we were told management does not do that and the employees did attempt to correct the room situation. However upon return to the room that night the bathroom was not cleaned at all. We did get extra towels which was nice. Also upon check in, the employee did not inform us of any of the amenities, entertainment events that may have been arranged or breakfast accommodations and times when breakfast took place. This should be made part of the check in process so guests are aware of what the hotel has to offer for an enjoyable stay.

The outside of the buildings are run down, but the rooms seem updated and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, like protein of any kind.

Highly Dissapointed”
My 7 day stay was horrible. the front desk clerk, and the manager did their best to make my stay as comfortable as it could be. So kudos to them! They were awesome!! The reviews online that I read were definitely true. Please take heed to the reviews. This is more of a 1 star hotel than 3 stars. It's a laugh to call this hotel 3 stars. They tried to do some renovation, however there is a strong moldy smell in some of the rooms And then others there is a nice smell It's just not consistent through out. This is an old building and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. There were bugs and ants. Not cool. I would definitely advise against staying there at all and if you do have to stay, stay only 1 night.

Bad smell in rooms, waffles for breakfast!”
Bad smell in rooms,just waffles for breakfast were the first thing we noticed about this hotel.later we got into some strange situations.another couple got keys to our room, and locked themselves in while we were there. Another night, the reception called 1130 PM, and woke us up, to said they had an extra luggage which belonged to us. It turned out they had called the wrong room. All of this made me have to explain and explain again.unnecessary, when on vacation. Only good thing: It is a good seafood restaurant at the hotel.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever been to”
Remember the old saying, "you get what you pay for". Well nothing could be more accurate. This place was so awful and disgusting. After only being in the room for about 15 minutes, my husband and I left to go to Disney Springs. I'm pretty sure there was some kind of mold in the room because when we got to Disney our throats were KILLING us. All I wanted to do was go get all my stuff out of that room because god only knows what was in there. It smelled disgusting and I cannot believe anybody would actually sleep at that hotel. We left Disney early just to go get our stuff out and check in to a nicer hotel. At that point I didn't even care about the money, I would've paid anything to not stay there. And OF COURSE, no refund. I learned my lesson on that one. I will never again book no-name hotels through this app.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms were not exceptionally clean and taking into consideration that this is an older hotel, it wasn't kept up very well and the grounds were littered.

The rooms smell sp bad of some kknd of cleaner. Went to a few different rooms bjt they were all the same. Window doesnt open to air out. No working phone. Furniture was chipped and broke. No toliet paper or tissue. Free breakfast was coffee and toast! Ice machine was far from room, as they only have 1! Lounge chairs by pool were ripped so if you attempted to sit your bottom would fall threw. Great location, terrible room. Front desk staff were very nice. I would be embarrassed ro work their myself. Dont think it is worth more then $20

Typical dated cheesy motel. What you'd expect from a typical cheap Kissimmee motel. Location was convenient but, as is common with budget hotels, cheap worn out furnishings and fixtures. Dingy thread bare carpets. Noisy A/C. Peeling paint. The handle fell off the faucet. The shower head was damaged, mouldy caulking around the old tub that had been painted when it should have been replaced. The lobby was nice though. Photos are very deceiving.

Bad, bad, bad. Vomit, cig butts, dozens of empty bottles in common areas, trash and broken furniture strewn about. Loud noise all night long. Disgusting. Room stunk of the most powerful deodorizer so your eyes water and you get a sore throat.
