Lovely spot to spend a few days”
Working in nearby Pandan and Libertad for a couple of days so I opted to stay at Rose point. Very friendly and welcoming staff, great location with the beach on one side, and river on the other. Nice to sleep to the sound of the sea!

Great location with fantastic rooms”
I traveled with a couple from France, we arrived and were disappointed as soon as we pulled up on the tricycle, just inside the gate they were building new accommodation so it looked much like a building site, over to the pool full of leaves and a bit dirty. Shown to our rooms and were very pleased with them, we had been upgraded free of charge to beach front rooms and the patio doors oped straight on to the beach with a stunning view over the ocean. Asked about wi fi to be told it had been off sinse yesterday due to the weather, a little disappointed, the people running the place said they had sent for the owner. the owner turned up and immediately put us at ease, the pool was due to the high winds and if we wanted he would take us free of charge to a waterfall for a swim, gave us a free beer and explained he was trying but not with much luck to sort the wi fi and sent one of his staff in to town to ask when it would be fixed. He also took us on a sun set cruise (free) sadly it poured down but the jester was appreciated. He sat chatting with us all night and asked if we would like to stay another night and we agreed on a very good price, he also sorted is out with a dive the next day which we got again at a very good price. The food was very good though a little pricey. Turned up for the dive on time but things weren't ready so set off 2 hours late, the dive wasn't the best bad visibility but the dive instructor was very good and said if we didnt want to do the second dive it wasn't a problem. I didn't but 2 did. One of the divers could defend as her ears were hurting, when we went to pay for the dive he said hers was free of charge, great customer service. There was a lot of new equipment and the school is just starting, I wish him luck and hope he gets things running smoothly soon. A great place to stay and would stay again, if staying here opt for the beach front rooms.

Beach cottage offers fabulous views of sea and mountains. Friendly, helpful staff - ask for what you need and they'll accommodate as best they can regarding food requirements, adventure activities, local knowledge and trips. Nice bar to chill out in. I went snorkelling in corals 100 m from the resort. You can arrange to take a boat up the river Bugang or to the nearby corals and much more, just ask!

Better than Boracay”
The pandan area is really nice. Indeed, we thought it was better than boracay. The best thing about the hotel is the view. It has a great beach view and you can swim whenever you want. Though, the hotel only had wifi in the loby area and still bad signal. Also there was no amenities such as Shampoo, soap, body wash like many 3 star hotels in Boracay. The area has many things to do, for example, kayaking, paddle boarding and Malumpati tubing activity. The staff asked us if they can join for a few activities with us. We couldn't say no, but felt little awkward because they literally did nothing but just waiting us for hours. Somehow we happened to pay for their food(as we wanted to eat but feel too bad not paying for them), drinks and some activities. It adds up extra money on our budget. Felt like the staff are doing it on purpose for having free food and drinks. Not that much money but can't stop feeling ripped off. If I had to stay there again, we will enjoy us time alone.

A couple of days to relax”
Incredible. Mario and his staff go up and above to make sure you have a pleasant experience. They act as your hotel staff and tour guides of the area. We went snorkeling, paddle boarding, and tubing down the river. They cook their food to order. We loved their French fries!! The only downside was that the Internet was very unreliable. We would definitely stay here again :) Thank you Mario and Paula and everyone else for a great trip!

Disappointed with service”
I like the environment. Very calm and in Beach side. But service; i would say zero. Because everything we need to ask.. like asking for towel, room cleaning, free water bottle, etc. By logic all those mentioned in the booking should be provided automatically without asking for it. The big drawback is no break fast and no near by restaurant. So you forced to go for their owned restaurant and it is very expensive. and only selected menus. Only plus point is location. So, if you own car and you only need the calm location and do not expect or bather about their services then OK. Else you can find other places to stay.

No public transport, not hot water, the only reason I booked this hotel is because of the swimming pool but when I arrived, the pool has no water, was so disappointing. I booked for a big bed room but they gave me 2 single beds put together... Can I get refund for this? So disappointed.. one more thing I can't lock the door when I'm inside... Luckily the room is beachfront and there is a trike drive who drove me around, thanks to him...

Relación calidad precio no compensa. La habitación limpia y cama cómoda pero la playa no fue la esperada. La comida cara para la calidad que era y el staff muy amable. Nos dimos un masaje a precio desorbitado cuando la masajista solo cobrará un ter io del precio que pagamos, el resto se lo quedaron de beneficio, q es normal pero el margen de beneficio fue desorbitado. Hay complejos mucho mejores en Pandan que está solo a 6 km

Insectes et bestioles dans la chambre”
Bonjour nous avons passé une nuit dans cette chambre A notre arrivée nous avons constaté que la chambre était pas nettoyé toiles d'araignées dans les angles sommes dans la salle de bain poussière le lit avait des taches sur les draps dans la nuit nous avons tué deux araignées et une blatte par compte une très belle vue vraiment juste devant la plage personnel souriant mais par contre très peu impliqué dans leur hôtel hôtel vieillissant et nous aussi on a trouvé une piscine vide

Der manager ist von mogens bis abends dem Brandy verfallen. Alle drei bungis direkt am meer fallen sprichwörtlich auseinander und verrotten. Auf unserer 5-monatigen reise habe ich sowas noch nie erlebt. Bitte. Hände weg von dieser anlage. Agoda ist schon informiert.

我們四人行，網上要求訂两間向沙灘的海景房，但僅餘一間海景，一間河景，立即訂下。並要求酒店機場接送，也有電郵通知航班到達時間。 不知是否航班誤點，比原定時間遲了一小時，找不到酒店一車，我們非常徬徨，四處找車接我們往酒店。到達時酒店説搞錯時間，下午曾往機場接我們，哎……可能溝通出現問題吧。 當晚我俩入住河景房，原來房間的浴室使用時不能亮燈，否則外面能看到浴室内的情況。沒有熱水，在厠所的洗手盆及去水渠位更有蟑螂出現，很赫人。 第二天，酒店把我們提升到海景房，一切正常。 可能河景房不是經常有人居住，所以設備較差，懇請盡快改善。

우선 저희는 유투브에서 로즈비치리조트에 관한 멋진 뷰 영상만 보고 셀프웨딩촬영목적으로 예약함. 비치뷰를 예약할 걸 리버뷰로 잘못예약했지만 이박에 천페소 지불하고 비치뷰로 업그레이드함. 리버뷰는 에어컨없음 비치뷰 에어컨있으나 시원하지않음. 전반적으로 굉장히 노후화되어닜음. 저는 그냥 그러려니했지만 남친은 굉장히 실망했음. 거미 개미 도마뱀과 이틀동안 합숙함 ! 배낭여행으로 근처 말룸파티라던지 노란조워터파크를 가기위해선 트라이시클을 이용해야함 호텔관계자는 우리가 호갱인줄암 왕복 팔백페소를 불러서 됐다고함 . 밖에 걷다가 완전 친절한 트라이시클 분 만남 전화번호는 09471678945 왔다갔다 사백페소 노란조 관광도시켜줌 진짜 착함 이분께전화해서 말룸가겟다고하면 데리러올거임 킴 친구라고 하셈! 이박했는데 수건도 우리가 셀프로 채워야하고 물도 안줬음. 물론 나가사면 15페소니 나가서 사드셈. 밥은 다 그냥그랫는데 그뭐냐 버터치킨 핵존맛임 비쌈 말룸파티 바베큐 로 배채으고 가시길 바람!!!!! 직원은 주인은 우릴 호갱으로 봐서 별로였으나 다른직원들이 넘 친절햇음 다만 너무 노후되규 벌레많고 한국사림들은 별로 안좋아할거같읍 ㅠ 난그래도 잘 쉬다옴 !

뷰 하나만 보고 가는곳”
보라카이 만 가다 근처 다른곳이 있나 찾아보고 간곳이긴한데 한국바다 같으면 충분히 수영도 즐기도 할수 있지만 굳이 보라카이 바다를 두고 왜 이곳에 라는 생각이 든 리조트 였습니다 뷰 하나는 좋지만 그곳에서 할수 있는것이 그렇게 할게 없네요 수영을 할수 있는것도 아니고 수영장은 있지만 물도 채워 놓지도 않고 도마뱀 싫어 하는 사람이면 좀 ...밤되니까 많이 나와요 식당에서 파는 음식도 외각과 비교해서 싼편도 아니고 음료도 콜라 로얄정도만 있고 망소쉐이크도 안된다고ㅜㅜ 음식에 선택권이 없습니다 한번쯤?가볼만 하지만 조금;; 이라고 생각할수 밖에 없네요

Väldigt fint hotell med super trevlig personal !!”
Vår vistelse var mycket trevligt. Vi hade lite svårt och hitta de till en början och då kontakta vi hotellet. Då erbjöd han sig att hämta oss. Vi blev även erbjudna och uppgradera våra rum till havsutsikt och de va rena rama lyxen. Mycket fina rum med ett trappsteg till stranden. Personal är väldigt trevlig och vi fick en super bra service ! +++
