Lovely boat trip , good choice of company however wish it was longer as you are on the boat for less than 24hours.”

The staff were all very attentive and welcoming. The boat and facilities were all very clean to a high standard.
The set menus for dinner and brunch could have been more varied. For example , courses were all fish based.

Words cannot express how brilliant this cruise is!”

We had the most amazing experience with Rosy Cruise. The staff were extremely kind and accomodating! We were able to do kayaking and swam off the back of the boat. It was truly mind blowing to be on a lovely cruise ship in the middle of Ha Long bay - the scenery was breathtaking. Thank you for your amazing hospitality Rosy Cruise and for allowing us to experience such a beautiful thing!

Staff is very helpful and co-operative. Food served was great. From reception on the port to check in on cruise was smooth.
Ms. Hanna booked a drop limousine from Halong Bay to Ninh Bihn. The travel agent she booked from as pathetic and very disappointing. He was continuously on phone while driving and also he just dropped us(one more couple from Germany) on road with our luggage without informing. Our full day was wasted in this hassle. I would recommend not to book transport with Rosy at all.

We choses to spend two days/one night on the Rosy Cruise and it was wonderful. Our bedroom was huge and amazing, the service was really good, the activities proposed as well, we really enjoyed our trip.
The drinks menu was expensive for Vietnam, and the food was good but not amazing.

friendly staff, room was spectacular and very comfortable, the schedule and activities where good with lots going on but time to relax also. The boat was very clean and spacious.
the food was not great, a strange take on western food, a lot of it was cold once it got to you. drinks where pricey (not even free water you had to buy it) there is a fridge in your room so bring your own water / drinks with you for your room.

Pathetic experience, no vegetarain food and rude staff. The lady manager was so rude and never spoke to us properly, she was always angry for no reason. We asked for something and she shouted at us. Infra is good but their staff and service spoiled it all. Also, they dint take us to any cave and said that all caves are closed. They were adter our lives to check out at 9am sharp and when we reached back at harbour, we had to wait for more than an hour to transfer us back from harbour to hanoi old quarter, they kept making excuses. Overall, big no if you want good experience on Halong bay.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. They communicated well with the plan for the cruise which was helpful. I had heard that halong bay cruises can be really overcrowded with so many boats which ruins the views but we didn't experience this (could be due to Vietnam only recently re-opening to tourists following covid).
The only let down was the food- the vietnamese food was delicious however the cruise tended to cook more western-style food which was lacking in flavour.

The amenities were great and the ship was beautiful. Emma the cruise manager was lovely and went above and beyond to help us have a comfortable stay and respond to any questions.
The food was terrible, we found it extremely different to communicate with staff which does not meet the expectations of a high end cruise. Pillows and bedding were extremely uncomfortable, room service was not done until we had prompted for basic room service eg: restock of water. The itinerary can be improved, day 1 excess time was spent dining (compared to day 2) it seemed we were rushed.

Probably one of the better designed and cozy cruises here, rooms were clean and the ship was beautiful. Food was delicious and staff were great.
Drinks were expensive. Wifi is, as expected, not stable in the area.
