Neat and pleasant staff”
I came early like 7am though check-in time is at 12nn, I was allowed to check-in cause the room is available. I stayed in a junior deluxe room with two single beds. The room was clean and neat, the sheets and comforter clean and comfortable. But the room is a bit small for two persons. I was alone so the space was just enough for me. They have no airport transfer and did not serve dinner so I have to go out for dinner. Breakfast is included for my room, and they offered to have it packed for my early flight out. The toilet though clean is also small. The place is not in the downtown center and there are no decent eating places nearby. But travel around Roxas city is easy with the tricycle which can take you anywhere for a very low price, like riding a jeepney. I asked for advice on where to eat and the front desk staff gave me helpful suggestions. Across the street is a KTV Bar which is up all night and I can hear the hum of videoke through my closed windows. The nice and helpful staff and convenient internet access which is important for me complement the simplicity of the accommodation.

This hotel is centrally located close to all shopping malls. there is little nightlife in the town although we managed to find a few good bars. The beach area is great for seafood which Roxas is well known. There are quite a few good tourist attractions in the area although we didn't have the time to experience all that the area had to offer.

stayed here last nov 2015. hotel is in a quiet location, near the city center, shops and other places are just walking distance. transportation is not hard. staffs are great and helpful.

The room is worth more than what you pay for. The location is near the church, the plaza, museum, market and the airport. The staff are accommodating and are ready to assist the guests. However, we stayed on the floor where the hotel construction is located so the noise made our stay less appealing. There were some black ants in our bed upon check in.

I got the King size bed suite, but when we got in the room, the big cockroach flying in the room and when we moved the chairs had one more big one died. Under the furniture is dirty and the ac is not working so they moved us to another room. The second room is ok and also dirty under the refrigerator. The room is quiet. The refrigerator is dirty inside. No Wifi in the room so we have to go to the lobby where the window is open and the people next door to us smoke and each time he smokes it blows to the hallway towards our room as we are the last room at the end. I have to leave the lobby each time he comes to smoke, which is I don't think it's fair to us that don't smoke. I made a complaint to the front desk about it. If they allowed people to smoke in the lobby I will never stay there again. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Good Location”
Generally pleasant, except that we were given a room on the Ground Floor with window facing the open area videoke bar which remained open until 6 a.m.. Obviously, we didn't get enough sleep on our overnight stay in this hotel. In case you happened to be assigned in this room (102), ask for transfer. Besides, the window remained unlocked (defective) at the time we were there. We just had to rely on their word that their security guard is always on alert.

The hotel experience was okay but not that good. The hotel need to replace their very old towels it almost look like a floor rag. Bring your own shampoo, soap and toothpaste. Left our room in the morning and came back at night the room was not made up, no clean towels,empty toilet paper. Breakfast is only good for 1 person only. Breakfast is almost next to nothing.

They have a coffee shop but they only operate during breakfast. Lunch and dinner is pretty much your problem.
