A Place and Employees I will Never Forget, Will Be Back ”
Deluxe Am Rei is really a big surprise to me. From the time I arrived until I left after 10 days , staff from reception, breakfast room, housekeeping, security in white uniform, delivered and gave me a very comfortable and wonderful stay. Staff very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Hotel is not new but whole place is very clean. My room is very clean, very spacious for even up to 2 people, AC TV work well, excellent water shower pressure. Bed very comfortable. Room has no bugs, mosquito or roaches. Very good housekeeping job. WIFI is fast but only 2nd floor lobby and first floor. Breakfast can choose from 3 different delicious items. Employees in this room are just wonderful. You can refill your water bottle for free. Location might not be near a mall or shopping center but transportation is no problem. Reception is willing to call for grab or taxi. Shuttle transport to the airport only for a very reasonable price. Price? It's very reasonable for the accommodation I got.

Value and location at its best”
The location is very accessible on all the good eats and restaurants in the city. Accessible too for commuting around the city's spots. Everything is good EXCEPT THE SHOWER AT RM 201. We stayed there for 3 nights and we endlessly call the receptionists for the water heater that is not working. The receptionists we've spoken to insisted it is/will be working provided we let the water flow for 10mins, sometimes they're saying for 15mins. So, I let it flow for 30 mins hoping it'll work... (what a waste of water)...and still NOOO HOT WATER. So, we got tired of calling, we don't want to waste water anymore and got tired of letting them know without any actions....we bathe on cold water the rest of our stay.

I got it for P900+ with breakfast for two pax. Food was okay and the service was really impressive. They were helpful and attentive. They let us leave pur bags for a day when we stayed overnight at Jomax peak and returned the next day. This hotel is one of the pioneers in Bacolod so expect that their facilities are not as new. Our ceiling had a small crack that was covered with tape, the linen had a small burn which I think came from ironing. Their restaurant offers a variety of food too and utensils are clean and stylish. They have shuttle schedules from and to Silay airport at P150 per way. They offer help like getting you a cab or even for simple directions when going around the town. Plus its just a few steps away from Calea and Bongbongs! (less than 5mins)

Great but no wifi in room”
This hotel is absolutely great except for no wifi in room the main reason I moved to another hotel. Other then that staff were really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty. They would give me a pincher of water when I needed. Location right in the heart of city down a street with laundry nearby. I would reccomend if you don't need in room wifi.

My family arrived at the hotel as early as 6am but our check-in time supposed to be at 2pm..We paid P100.00 only per room for early check-in. The place is accessible to pasalubong centers and well known restaurants and coffee shop.

The room is clean. The location is good since only few vehicles pass in front of the hotel. Been here several times already. This time there was no hot water in the shower. Overall, the place is a good place to stay.

Location is quiet, but a bit of a walk into a dark street. Building facade could do with a new coat of paint, and the bathroom facilities are old but clean and working well. AC was cold. They could have positioned a water dispenser somewhere accessible so guests wouldn't have to ask.

Staffs and receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. You could easily asks questions. Food taste very good. However, I just like to take note if ever there is next guests, they should make sure all parts of the room are c lean, specially the toilet bowl. And the wifi should reached up to third floor.
