The Best Staff!”
If you're in Dipolog and want a place where you can stay away from the city life, then this is the place for you. The staff are very accommodating. They provided us with all our requests. For foreign guests, please note in mind that this is not a 5-star resort. If you need something in your room, just let the staff know and they'll be happy to oblige. Breakfast is not included in your stay but you may order from their restaurant. If your a bit adventurous, take meals outside the resort. My family and I just had breakfast in the resort then dine out for the lunch and dinner. (Try Inato for lunch at Dapitan, 30 minutes driver and the Dipolog boulevard for Dinner)

Great place, very nice stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly even the groundsmen, swimming pools are well maintained and very clean..food was not expensive and was enjoyable.. a very affordable and well looked after place to stay for a break..10/15 minutes motorbike ride from Lee Plaza Dipolog..my children and wife really enjoyed the ambiance of the place..we will be returning

Manuel resort n royal farm are two great resort but royal farm needs to improve its hotel rooms.. Hotel rooms are very far from the swimming pool..

Wonderful place to stay.”
Perfect! My family and I had a great time and precious moment staying at the hotel. The place was very clean and we'll organize. Very friendly and accommodating people. The room was all clean. The pool is nice clean my daughter and family had so much fun swimming. The cottages was clean. Each cottage has there own electric outlet for any electric unit you wanted to use. Very accessible for having BBQ because they have a BBQ grill stand, water and big trash can for your trash. Very nice place to stay.

adequate, older, needs renovation”
I wanted a quiet hotel and this was it. Located in suburb of Dipolog easy to reach, only a "moto cab" ride away. 10 minutes from down town. Maybe I am spoiled, expected better room for the money. But, the hotel IS very adequate. Good place for reading a book and swimming and taking your romantic interest to.

Affordable family oriented swimming resort!”
Just the way we planned it! We checked in so that we may have our own private comfort room while we are there with my children swimming.. We brought ready to eat food and alo fish to be grilled there.. The room is just right for its rate, great aircon, led tv, clean sheets and friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Best value for money”
The rooms including the comfort room are so spacious, the bed and pillows are soft and cleanliness is superb. However, the circuit plugs are scary since there were dark marks as if short circuit had happened before. I suggest you replace it with new ones for safety. Also, in the shower room, there is no "patungan" for sabon and other toiletries.

Nice hotel, poor customer service, bland food. ”
No problems with the hotel. It was comfortable and you get great value for your money. We had a car so no issues with the location. My daughter and nieces loved the pools. The staff however could use some customer service training. No instructions were given on how to use the facilities. The pool guard asked for tickets/vouchers to use the pool, but none were given by the front desk staff. We showed the guard our room keys and he let us through. I had to walk from the room to the front desk to ask for instruction on what number to call for room service and from room to room. No instruction cards in the rooms to inform you of basic services within the hotel. We stayed for 1 day/2 nights and our room was not cleaned and towels were not replenished. Their towels are paper thin and get soaked after one use.

The hotel is kinda far from the airport and central city. deluxe room's bed is hard and the pillow is horrible. Staff are great. This hotel is best for family vacation.
