Loved the onsen”
The onsen is perfect when you’re all over the place in winter. It’s a very short walk to the station and is located very near to the Akita Dog visitor center. They offered free noodles and it was quite filling. The room is quite large, too.

Great hotel”
Not a fancy hotel but great place to stay at nonetheless. Odate is quite a sleepy town come nightfall so the hotel offers free dinner for guests. there's an onsen free for all as well and location is simply walking distance to the train station to catch the Ou Line. It is also right behind the dog visitor's centre where you can learn about Akita dogs and meet some!

Great place for small town”
This hotel is located in odate town, which is small town that located pretty far from tourist place. But the hotel is really good. Staff can't speak english, but he really try to help everything we need. Room is big and have hotel clothes. The public bath is big and clean. If you travelling to aomori perfecture you should try this hotel,

Very close to the Odate station. I had a long travel and arrived late in the evening so it was a lifesaver when they offered a bowl of free ramen at night. I enjoyed the hotspring in the hotel as well. One thing I wasn't too happy about was how the pajamas are "self-served" on a rack out in the hallway. I don't think they are very clean because my skin is very sensitive and I got rashes wearing them.

Location is good with 5mins walk to station. The buffet breakfast is so good with many different kinds of food. There's also a free ざる中華 for your dinner in summer. You can also meet akita inu in the hotels during 10-15. The onsen is also not bad.

Good hotel, little dated but very well located - close to the train station and the Akita dog visitor centre, friendly staff - booked taxi for us, immediately addressed an issue we had with the toilet. The complimentary ramen bowl dinner was a nice touch and the hot spring is well managed and clean. Overall, a nice hotel and would recommend.

Facilities are very old, but rooms are clean. Very close to JR station. Convenient stores are a bit far. Laundry machines are very few. It was hard to find an available one at night.

Everything good but inhumane treatment to animals”
I don't normally write poor reviews unnecessarily. And I have nothing against the hotel. The staff is great and it's very clean (despite being old). They even provide free supper (yonagi noodles and rice), which is way better than dor*y i*n. But to the hotel management especially - I don't really understand why eito-kun (the male mascot dog of this hotel) has to be caged with all the aircon condensers at the back of the hotel?! And it seems like he had been caged there for a long time 😔 As a dog owner myself, I find this arrangement unacceptable to exploit your dog for commercial gains and yet providing a sub-par living environment for your dog! At least provide a free area for your dog to roam around!

フロント•受付の対応が素早い”
フロント•受付の応対が親切で素速い。 ウッカリ喫煙可能な部屋を予約してしまったが、直ぐに禁煙の部屋に変更してくれたり 応対が丁寧で気持ちがよい。 五階にある温泉（大浴場）は見晴らしもよく、人が少なかったのでゆっくりできた。 コロナ対策もしっかりとしている。
