The room facilities were mediocre. Barely any hot water from the tap. Smelly hallway. Dirty restaurant. Poor breakfast choices. Utensils look like they haven’t been washed for weeks. Staff wasn’t very helpful.

뚜엔꽝 시내에서는 아마도 제일 럭셔리 호텔이 아닌가 싶습니다. 한국인은 물론 외국인 투숙객은 못 봤네요. 시원하게 넓은 방에 4성급 호텔 사치를 5만원돈에 누려봤네요. 이 가격에 뭐 더 바라면 도둑놈이겠지만, 직원들 영어소통능력과 조식 수준이 좀 개선될 부분이 있어 보입니다.

객실은 오히려 므엉탄 보다 좋습니다. 그냥 한국 모텔 수준으로 보면 될거 같고 조식은 별로 였습니다. 아 시간 되면 16층에 있는 카페 가보세요 뚜옌꽝 시내가 다 내려다 보이네요

Ổn nhưng cần xem lại nhân viên kỹ thuật và lễ tân”
Mình nhận phòng 6h tối, vừa tới lạnh run mà phòng có 2 cái đèn trần chớp tắt. Yêu cầu lễ tân đổi phòng thì không chịu, kêu chờ lỹ thuật lên khắc phục. Ông kỹ thuật lên thì mặt mày khó chịu, nói chuyện cục súc, sai khách làm này kia phụ ổng; kêu làm vài phút xong mà không đem đồ nghề đủ làm. Chờ quá lâu nên mình làm căng mới đổi phòng. P/s: đèn hành lang 5/10 bóng chớp y chang phòng mình, khá rùng rợn. Cơ sở vật chất cũ do bảo dưỡng ko kỹ nên giá 650k này tạm chấp nhận. Còn lại về địa điểm và tiện nghi ổn, ăn sáng bufffet cũng okay.
