Bit far off”

The hotel is a 4 star one, normal price for the room we had is 213EUR. That's definitely far too expensive, but the special offer we got online was 50EUR/night. Gym costs extra, breakfast wasn't impressive. Otherwise clean, friendly staff.

Hotel & spa”

Overall hotel was good, but it seems to be a bit older than expected, my bathroom door handle was left in my hand when I closed it, good I managed to open it from the inside. The rest is ok, not far away from city center.

Not like the website”

I chose this hotel because I wanted access to a pool and gym. It was infuriating to find out when I arrived that there was no gym, despite having photos of a gym on the website. The pool was also belonging to the spa and cost an extra $10 if you wanted to use it. They slo charged me extra to check in early but when I went to lie down, I found the bedsheets and pillows still wet from the wash. I would rather have been told the room wasnt ready than be charged to sleep in a damp bed. Breakfast was average, the shower was a bit too short and the wifi rarely worked. The room was spacious but the only view was of a construction site. This is not a 4 star hotel like it makes out to be. The hotel is also a bit further out than the main area. Overall, a big disappointment from what was advertised on the site.

I stay here for flight overlays”

I stay here only if the airport hotel is full. I have stayed here many times. Bus from airport goes within 500 metres so one can save money on taxi. A new KFC opened just up the street if one needs a dose of greasy western food.

OK for a night's stay between flights. Close to Han Shatyr. But 4000 tenge to order a taxi to the airport is ridiculous - best to walk out on the street and flag a car down or take the bus.

EXPO観光で利用。ホテル目の前のバス停から、会場まで直行できました。 朝食もまあまあで、徒歩圏内にスーパーもあり。

有驚喜的酒店，房間比想像中大及漂亮”

酒店正門難找，因為跟貿易中心是相連的。內裡大堂有點小，但乘升降機後發現走廊很闊而且房間超大。因為附近沒太多建築物，景觀很開揚，而且這酒店應該是新開的，所以房及酒店外觀都很現代。這酒店這價格能住到這種級數實在是意料之外。

Отстойная - потому что нет никаких удобств, как было заявлено на сайте,. Спа и бассейн не работают вообще, меню в номере лежит просто так для красоты, ничего из перечисленного нет, номер прокуренный, воды элементарно нет в номере!!!! За такие деньги непонятно за что 4 звёзды, я бы даже в 1 звезду не оценила эту гостиницу!

Отель ведут не профессионалы”

Грязный, не ухоженный номер, с грубой отделкой. Завтрак холодный, с "вчерашней" выпечкой. Все столы заставлены грязной посудой, которую персонал не убирает. Кровать приемлемая, одеяло - ок. Сотрудники приветливые, но не опытные. Зачастую- ленивые. Крайне не рекомендую- внимательно подумайте, прежде чем бронировать.
