This is our third stay at Royal Park. We are a family of four and Royal Park is one of the few hotels with rooms big enough to accommodate all of us in one room. Situated in New Town Plaza it is convenient for shopping and next to a bus and MTR station. Also very close to CUHK. The rooms are clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. The hotel was under renovation and with COVID restrictions many of the services were scaled back or unavailable. This was unfortunate but not surprising.

I got a spacious river-view room which was a pleasant surprised. The hotel is literally next to a shopping mall and walking distance to train and bus stations.

Very conveniently located near New Town Plaza, the biggest shopping mall in the Shatin region. Hotel facilities used to be old but the hotel just went through a major renovation. The new rooms are great.

Really nice hotel in Sha Tin, connected to the mall. Generally very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Nice cafe downstairs. Only one negative was that we had a room with a connecting door and we could hear the couple next door making a lot of passionate and noisy love for hours. I must say, that couple had amazing power. We were just unlucky to be next to them.

Newly Renovated Hotel ”
Our room was newly renovated so everything was clean and tidy. Location was excellent, steps to bus, mini bus, metro and train. Just seconds to shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket. The only thing was the thermometer. You cannot adjust the room temperature because it was centralized. You can have only either off or on options. This is curious as it was just renovated. Customers have different preferences for room temperature but this one will let you down. Besides, everything was good.

The hotel is still under renovation. I was forewarned that there would be renovation noise and inconvenience. Not at all. My entire stay was very quiet. The bed is as comfortable as my own bed at home. Location is convenient with many options of transportation. Walking distance to eateries, grocery stores, and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. QR code scanning is a pain in the neck; but that's HK government policies. Hotel staff made the experience as painless as could be. So glad to make this booking.

Clean, great service and location. 2 Big shopping malls downstairs. Lots of restaurants and cafe around. Next to ten train station. Nice gym and swimming pool ( indoor and outdoor) , but the pandemic, they are closed. The price is super great since the pandemic too. So, ended up I stayed for 2 weeks instead of 5 nights. Highly recommended
