I used the executive floor and the view of Tokyo Tower and the cityscape was very beautiful and amazing. I didn't know that tea time and cocktail time were available at no extra charge, so I decided to use cocktail time on the second night. They guided me to the seat by the window with the best view of Tokyo Tower, and I was able to spend a dreamlike time. After enjoying the drinks, when I returned to my room around 8:40 pm, I was able to see the fireworks at Disneyland, and I had a happier time than I imagined. For breakfast, I had a variety of omelets made by the chef on the spot. Both Western and Japanese styles were very delicious. I think it's the best place to stay and enjoy. It was a happy 2-night, 3-day trip to Tokyo. I will do my best to go there again.

Very beautiful and comfortable ”
I highly recommend…..Good location , metro line at the door step, sparkling clean , the service is very good , the room is spacious. So many restaurants inside the Hotel. The rooftop restaurant is breathtaking and the 5th floor restaurant has a very beautiful Garden and very delicious and artistic presentation of the meals HOWEVER The food is quite expensive as compared to average Tokyo restaurants ! The rooms are spacious with a city view of Tokyo !

There is no USB power tap, and overall, there is a certain degree of outdatedness in terms of facilities, but there is a sense of Bohemianism in cleanliness and amenities, and it was comfortable.

I made a reservation for my busy son. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace. The access was also very good and we were able to smoothly go to work the next day. The staff who responded to the check-in were also very nice and we were able to stay comfortably. Thank you for dealing with my incorrect reservation. I am very satisfied! I will come again.

Felt like living in royalty here. 10/10 for service as they were welcoming and generous. Whatever we needed, they provided! Whatever concern we had (like water) they solved! Royal Hotel is definitely convinient as the train station is right down in the basement. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Cross a traffic is T-cat 5-10 min walk to either metro stations Staff are all friendly and helpful! Room is clean and room is huge! Definitely worth the price!!!!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Location opposite TCAT and metro is great. Staff were brilliant even storing our skis and boards when we went to Kyota for a few days

Comments for friends. Loved the Royal Park Hotel. Outstanding location with subway entrance down a couple escalators & short walk from the lobby. This made the hotel very convenient especially in the rain as we didn't go outside. TCAT bus for Narita airport is across the street. Hotel sold tickets for subway and TCAT. Room was excellent. Breakfast buffet was sensational. Staff went way beyond the call of duty to help with an unusual request. Staff brought our bags from the lobby to the room then from the lobby to the TCAT across the street upon our departure. Will definitely use this hotel if ever in Tokyo again!

Travelled with my partner and another couple. We had a great time.. stayed on the executive floors which is definitely worth the extra money. We barely had to leave the hotel. Room was spacious and had everything needed. Gym is basic but better than most hotel gyms. Staff are really courteous and helpful. Executive floor was great for breakfast and evening drinks. Amazing views also! Only issue was the pillows which I find are always bad in Japan. Taxis always available outside and Tokyo City Air Terminal is literally next door. Highly Recommend :)

Old style hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms with soap recesses and bathtub! Well maintained and has basement access directly to Suitengumae train station. Also located directly next to Tokyo City Air Terminal where you can catch the shuttle buses to Haneda or Narita airports

Stayed as a business traveller for 5 nights and was happy that the subway line is easily accessible from the hotel lifts. Staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel and rooms were kept very clean. They had sufficient choices of restaurants.

I like the fact that it is connected to tcat , and convenient to anywhere as subway is just underneath hotel. But surrounding of the hotel is abit quiet like no shops around for you except for lawson/7-11, yet quite good for travellers who do not wish to squeeze through the crowds everynight returning to hotel.
