Exceptional service”
We travelled as a family and stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel during our transit to mainland China. In the midst of COVID travel restrictions, the hotel and its staff provided detailed information and guided us through the quite complicated process. The assistance we have received with airport transport, navigating PCR testing, online registration and reporting was phenomenal. Not to mention the hotel is adjacent to a big shopping centre and within a short walk through to MTR station. We had a family suite which is of a great size and very room for 4 of us. A special thank-you to Mr Eric Tse for going beyond and above assisting us in so many ways. It has certainly exceeded our expectation and we look forward to staying at Royal Plaza again.

Hotel is convenient, clean and staffs are very friendly too. Was given free upgrade, really appreciate it. Directly on top of Mongkok East MTR, walking distances to a lot of different shopping malls and places. Toilet, bed and room is all very clean. Daily housecleaning was great too. Recommended!

The staff are able to balance between high standard of cursing service and security well. During my stay I didn't need cleaning service but they still checked with me for a convenient time when I didn't respond to their reminder card.

Great deal on Agoda for under $100”
View was fantastic and the staff was great. They allowed us to move to a larger unit that had a separate bathtub and shower after I complained thinking they were separate in the ad. Not quite a 5 star hotel as it claims but still the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Right outside is a huge mall with a food court and some high-end restaurants, very convenient.

Great location, metro's downstairs, shopping mall with all the major brands connected to the hotel, it's a 10 minutes walk to the main streets in Mongkok. Room was spacious considering that it's a HK hotel, the bathroom was good too with a bathtub. Honestly nothing to complain about this hotel except for the super long check in time.

We stayed in Royal Plaza Hotel for 3 nights. It was a pleasant experience we had there. The front desk staffs were polite. The location is convenient and easily access to subway and the shopping mall. There are various restaurants around the hotel. The only problem we had was the up stairs customers were loud at night, and possibly had a child constantly running around and stumping on the floor. The front desk were notified, but nothing had changed the night and the next two nights thereafter.

Hotel with nice location; check-in arrangement could be improved”
The room is clean, neat and tidy. Convenient location in which I can get food nearby. However, it took a quite long time (around one hour) to queue for check-in. Another thing is that I booked two rooms more than two weeks in advance, but the front desk couldn't arrange the two rooms next to each other because there were many bookings during the weekend. Two rooms on the same floor was the best that could be arranged. A bit disappointed about this because I thought I made the booking early enough.

My family and I spent one night there and it was the experience was amazing. Honestly every staff in the hotel that we encountered was extremely friendly and happy. Artemis from the front desk handled us with great profession and also being extra helpful at the same time with my family during this covid19. She ensured us a worry-free safe stay at the hotel on our staycation and the maintenance of the hotel has also proven it is true! (We had stay at a 4 star hotel in central where no hand soap were provided). Every staff was serving with joy and I was so impressed with this organization. To the rooms, amazing, the design of the room is to make guest feel cozy, a royalty and luxurious. We can tell the comfort of the guest is important for them because we can also feel it. A perfecr 10 star is too easy for this comfort royal stay. Would definitely come back again for more royalty experience! Steps away from the Moko mall and a comfort covered walk to the busy street of Mongkok! Highly recommended and we will come back for more in the near future.

A memorable stay in Royal Plaza”
First of all, the hotel is easy to access, right above Moko Mall and close to MTR station. Second, the checkin process is faster than expected and the staff is very helpful and the hotel provided high floor as we requested. Thanks for the hotel’s arrangement. Third, when we enter the room, it’s super nice , clean and tidy. The king size bed is really king size instead of combining two beds together. The bathtub is very nice and we had a great time there. As the hotel provided the highest floor for us, we can enjoy the nice Kowloon view and the sunrise during the stay . Thanks a lot for it.

Don't look further- this is the best deal in town. For ourselves and 2 teens in a room that had 2 double beds it was $750HKD/Night after tax. You can't beat that value and the hotel is new and modern. This will be my number one go to next time I'm in HKG.

Perfect Place with inner peace”
My main aim this time was to find a place to work quietly and enjoy some quality me-time with inner peace. The hotel had upgraded me to the executive floor so everything is quite grand. The facilities were very clean, neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and polite. Soft bed, a working desk, big bathroom. Will definitely go on a staycation there again :)

Convenient 5-star hotel with friendly staff”
We stayed at Royal Plaza for one night only. It is definitely too short but a nice stay. Everything has been easy and smooth. The staff are always helpful and friendly: - special thanks in particular to Sammy who lent me the card to access the washroom after I check-out because I was all wet under red rainstorm warning signal. - big thank to Artemis for the early check-in arrangement despite we arrived at the hotel early at noon. - every staff greet you with a kind smile and answer enquiries in a patient manner Under COVID-19 threat, they have various means to maintain the hygiene, including separating the disinfected and not yet disinfected pen, using the disinfection spray immediately after the lift’s in use etc. Rooms are nice and spacious. Don’t feel crowded with four persons in a Plaza Deluxe Family Room. The Gym room facility and swimming pool look good as well. Unfortunately I did not bring the suitable clothing so that I cannot get in. Although I did not have the chance to use the hotel facility, the hotel location is super convenient that it is located next to Moko in the centre of Hong Kong with a lot of restaurant and entertainment options. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially with a very attractive price and package recently. I have already reserved my next stay to celebrate the birthday of my family. Hopefully I can have another wonderful experience and explore different sides of the hotel.

Nice location hotel with easy transportation access. Conveniently connected to MOKO mall where you can find plenty of restaurants to eat. It is connected to bus station terminal and MTR Mongkok East. Staff are very polite and helpful, special mention to porter Jocky who was very helpful in assisting us with the online health declaration upon arrival at hotel. . Will stay again next time.

Surprisingly nice hotel in MK”
I think this is the best city-center hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong. I stayed for two months there during covid and the experience was good. The room was big and well-designed in HK standard, and the cleaning was good as well. The swimming pool was pretty cool and relaxing with music. The only complaint would probably be the rather small gym without a workout/yoga space. Food in-room service was also acceptable, but the weekend buffet breakfast was bad. Overall a very good option in the city.

Great Hotel in that price ! Simply Amazing Front Desk Staff and Salute to the Housekeeping Dept for keeping the rooms clean but please impose room checks because the room smells of Cigarettes Smoke 💨 and the hotel need to monitor and fine the defaulters who smoke in Non smoking rooms ! Otherwise the stay Was comfortable and the buffet was absolute value for money Guesta recommended to book the buffet breakfast one night in advance to enjoy $80 discounted price !! :-) Cheers and Merry Christmas 🎄 and HNY !! 2021 I hope 2020 leaves soon

We got 3 family rooms and got them at a good price from Agoda considering it is the holidays. Exceptional customer service from the guards, lobby staff, concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. Room size is big and can comfortably fit up to 4 adults. We requested for early check in, rooms all at the same floor and near each other, and late check out and all our requests were happily accommodated. Hotel is linked directly to Moko Mall, and Mongkok East MTR. It is also a 10min walk to Prince Edward MTR. Will stay here again next time we go to HK. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay truly wonderful and special commendation to Joseph at the lobby, and also to the housekeeping lady at the 11F :)
