I must say this was the third time I stayed here and they did not disappoint me at all..I love coming back to royal residence resort to spend my special moments this place is so warm the staff is so good it just perfect place to spend ur weekend!!! Highly recommend

Good location for families. ”
This was our third visit to the resort. For the first time we had many cockroaches in the villa. After complaining, the management changed our villa but even the second one had the same issue. I hope we dont face this issue the next time we go. Otherwise this is an excellent property for families with kids. Just a few kms drive to the west of the resort there is a beautiful beach.

Lucky to get it for a low price”
There is only one parking alloted for a 3 br villa but can fits wl2 small cars. There is flat screen TV, kettle, refrigerator, microwave and bathroom comes with eco soaps and shampoo and towels are provided. Wifi is slow. Beds are comfortable. A/C is not working in one room. The furnitures are a bit old. The place is good for gathering and birthday parties with friends as you can make noise like videoke. There is also grill section on the parking. There is a pool but we did not use. It's a relaxing stay and good for a night getaway in UAQ.

It was a nice stay but I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The side lamp in our room was so dusty as well as the closet. The villa smells off also. But overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great staff made me feel at home”
The hotel staff were very welcoming,express check-in and check out , parking space available at all times, my issues is that my room was near to the road and it was very noisy and other ssue is that room 23 has many small cockroaches am not sure if this hotel follows pest control routine. I will definitely book a room in the hotel again and make sure i have a quite clean room .. thank u reception and security and management for the hospitality.
