Comfortable and relaxed”
The stay was very comfortable coming after a few days in rougher accommodation around game parks. A big problem arose when the front desk told us we had to pay for the room when we had already paid for it through Agoda. However Agoda were great and very prompt in tracing the payment to Sun International which runs the Royal Swazi Spa and finding out that the hotel had not been informed of receipt of the payment. Well done Agoda! Thank you.

Awesome, everything was up to and above standard. Luxury rooms, bed was big and comfortable and the view from the room was fantastic. Very serene environment. Will definitely be back

The place is sublime, but they gave us a room without a view and one that has loud aircon pipes and fans by the balcony. The sound of those things day and night spoiled what was supposed to be tranquil moments away from home.

The bathrooms definitely need to be updated and housekeeping should allow a ironing board. Also the every morning breakfasts need to have a baker that really needs to introduce better qualities of cakes and pastries

Room was large enough but hotel badly needs refurbishment. The bathroom was small and dated. Not worth the money it cost to stay there. Outdoor area and golf course looked nice though.

Leider ist die Hoteleinrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen und das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt leider nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Frühstück ist auch super. W LAN ist begrenzt mit viel zu geringem Datenvolumen , es gibt keinen Bademantel und kein Bügeleisen auf dem Zimmer. Leider fehlt auch eine Toilettenbürste Es gibt keine Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer der Kategorie "Luxusbalkon" gebucht. Das Zimmer, das wir erhielten, war dunkel und der Balkon war direkt vor der Lüftung der Küche. Nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer mit dem selben "tollen" Blick. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war so laut, dass man sie nachts ausschalten musste, um schlafen zu können. Nach Beschwerde beim Management erhielten wir 500 Rand zurück. Man erklärte uns, dass unser Zimmer an eine Reisegruppe vergeben wurde.

Business Hotel mit freundlichem Personal”
Leider war der iNternet Zugang sehr teuer, wir haben ihn daher nicht benutzt. Nach war es auf den Fluren laut, Gäste mit mehreren KIndern spielten auf dem Flur.
